Hiya here for CTF #5!

And what a cute story this is! I can totally see Sirius' annoyance while he also simultaneously is trying to be a good big brother at the same time, and also tries to teach him not to follow their parents' footsteps at the same time. But here I also think it's very in character for Regulus to doubt it already, even if he's still young and it's obvious that there is a lot of time to go in follow what your parents say and make your own decision as it is. It really makes me wonder, however, if this is one of the points where the seed of doubt has been planted already, with Sirius talking about good werewolves and the way Regulus died eventually - even if that was not by werewolves at all, but for going against Voldemort regardless. It's a really interesting read, however and it gives me a lot to think about, but only in a good way. I kind of hope you will explore them more, because I definitely think there is potential in the way you write them, especially when it develops further in their later teen years when a lot has happened for both, maybe in good and not so good ways depending on how you look at it. Very well done, Chiara, and I will come back for more soon!

It's so nice to see you around here! :)

Glad you found this cute! Yeah, Sirius is the typical, unsufferent, older brother, but he really loves Regulus and wants to help him.

I like to think that Regulus did treasure Sirius' words, and that this will have a role in his final decision.

I really love writing Sirius and Regulus together, so... maybe? I have a couple of moments with them in Liar (those are just slightly more tense than this...)

Thank you for the lovely review, it really made me smile!
