To me it was just a dog. Just a scruffy little stray we found rooting around in the trash. In fact if my son hadn't reacted so vehemently there's no doubt in my mind that dirty little thing would still be living in the streets. But little Albus threw a tantrum. That was his dog and he knew it. I let him have it, not wanting to face the hell that would be living with him if I said no. Maybe she wasn't exactly a saint, but she was my son's best friend. We all miss Baby.
