Faith's reading of the favorite book, The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux, was interrupted by the door to the compartment, which she shared only with her cat Mindy, opening. "Hello," she said cheerfully to the boy who stood staring at her with his coal black eyes. "Hello. Is this seat taken?" he mumbled, barely audible. "Nope. It's great to have company," she said as he put his small bag in the seat next to him. "Faith Normandy," she said, sticking out her hand. the boy looked at it and grimaced. "Severus Snape," he said.
