I'm not altogether sure when things suddenly changed, but I guess that's just the way it goes. There is never one moment that you can point to and say that that is when every changed. It's always a collection of moments coming together like a jigsaw, and then before you know it, things are drastically different. So, in order for this whole narrative to make sense I will have to start from the very place that I believe to be the beginning.
