Harry Potter wakes up after the battle covered in scars, but the one scar he has worn as an emblem of pain for all of seventeen years, is fading into what Harry comes to reckonise as an emblem of hope. Can Harry finally start to build a life on a path outside of Voldemort, or will he just be 'The Boy who Lived' forever? This story follows the characters we know and love through the next few years.
