Also, please review! I'm considering submitting this for a creative writing scholarship contest, but I would like to get other people's opinions on it! Please do not just say nice things to spare my feelings-If I'm going to win, it needs to be great! But keep in mind, the story has to be less than 1,000 words, so there's not much room for description.
