Eventually Voldemort seizes total control and establishes a totalitarian regime in Britain, and the Order of the Phoenix is forced to flee. Four years pass without a word from the trio, and the Order and the D.A. begin to lose hope, until news of a goblin rebellion weakening Voldemort's regime spurs Ginny, Fred, and George into action.
