This is Liam's first year at Hogwarts, an introduction to all of his friends, and the story of how he gets his wand. 'Black Cats' takes place in his second year, so this is a pre-quel (though I never liked that word, I'll use it). I'll be writing this novel over the course of the year, and posting chapters in batches. If Philosopher's Stone was a song, this would be a heavily interpreted cover.
