Letters sent from Dumbledore to a mysterious school of magic in the US are discovered, urging unity for the wizarding world. An exchange program is set up, bringing 6 new students to Hogwarts. These strange wizards have learned to control wandless magic. Meanwhile, Harry has to juggle a suddenly regular life, school, a steady girlfriend, new responsibility at the ministry, and ever growing fame.
