Rose and Hugo's education isn't as sweet as their parents hoped it would, and thought it is. They can't bear being mature and sensible, when people hoped they would be like Fred and George. Being the outcast is a huge burden, and of course something's going to happen. To them, they need to to let it out. Eventually, Rose and Hugo chooses the only people they can reach.

It had all been so fun, despite the dangers in and out of the castle during the Battle of Hogwarts. Everybody fought together - even the Gryffindors and Slytherins. But as I write this, my heart sinks into a sea of jet black with no coast. There was one explosion, taking one life. The relationship me and Fred held strong died in the debris of an explosion as he died.
