The War is over and Harry, Ron, and Hermione have come back for their seventh year, along with Ginny. Everyone is trying to recover from the war including the Golden Trio and Ginny. Along with the many issues Voldemort has left behind, Muggles have learned about the existence of Witches and Wizards. In attempt to show peace to both Muggle and Wizard worlds the Ministers agree to send muggles to live at Hogwarts. For Harry this causes problems because those muggles are from Sterling, the town he lived in and one of those students are Dudley Dursley.
