James Potter was sleepy. Very, very sleepy. And when James Potter was sleepy, he was grumpy. And thus made everyone else grumpy. And why was James Potter sleepy? B/c his idiotic friend, Sirius Black, had woken him up at regular intervals during the night, bouncing on his bed and being generally excitable about the prospect of returning to Hogwarts. And don’t get him wrong, James wanted to return too. He just didn’t understand why exactly this entailed being woken up at unreasonable hours in the morning.
