[HP/DM] Harry didn’t watch Severus die, so he never learnt that he was a Horcrux. When Voldemort was defeated Harry made sure not to get hit by the Killing Curse, and therefore a part of Voldemort’s soul still lives on inside him. When Draco is freed of the Dark Mark, his Veela heritage starts to search out his Mate, but his Mate’s soul isn’t calling out to his own like it’s meant to. Instead, the Horcrux is calling out to Voldemort’s soul, and Harry’s scar is still hurting. All is not well. Alternative ending to DH. No Epilogue. Slash. HP/DM: HP/George (minor). AU.
