The war is over. Voldemort has been defeated. Hermione is returning to Hogwarts to complete her education. But before she leaves, her parents tell her something she needed to know a long time ago, which changes her outlook on her past and will begin to change who she becomes.
Slightly A/U, A few characters who died in the books haven't in this fic, but i needed them. And also, Blaise Zabini come into the story later on, and I've written her in as female for this fic.

After ten years of being immersed in the Muggle world, having had no contact with anyone or anything from the magical world, the unexpected appearance of Harry causes her to rethink her life and what she's left behind.
Can Harry help her to finally face up to the past and bring her back to the world where she rightfully belongs?
