This is a story set post-Deathly Hallows but with the epilouge cut out. A group of 'beings' have clung to the barrier between life and death, waiting for a disturbance to allow them to slip in to life. Such a disturbance comes when the eight parts of Voldermorts soul leave the living world. After ten years these 'beings' make their first contact with Humans.
