More pranks. Remus Lupin discovers the existence of the Black Chronicles. The Ministry decided to intervene on the 'kelpie' issue with disastrous results. Albus Dumbledore makes a hard choice between a promise made and the safety of the innocent which will be caught in the cross fire.

The fate of those taken by the kelpie revealed. Remus Lupin takes charge of the negotiation between the Ministry, School Board and the Kelpie with plenty of diffficulties.

Harry, Sirius and the Weasley Twins entered the realm of the Chronicles. Our favourite pranksters once again targets Snape. Rita Skeeter does what she does best. ^_^
