A/N i'm really sorry that i havent been able to post but hopefully this will make up for it. enjoy!!
After the conversation between George and Harry, George has been making a huge effort to avoid Harry for various reasons, but one Saturday things all changed.
Firstly Hermione decided to stop her sulking and just stand up to any awkwardness. But secondly and most suprisingly George started to talk to Harry again. "Hi, Harry," George managed to squeak out while passing 'The Chosen One'. Harry was so taken aback that he actually fell over and tripped Fred, who just happen to be lurking behind him.
"Um, hi George?" Harry questioned quizzically. "Yeah hi mate" George said more confidently then he felt. This was the first time they have spoken since George admitted he liked Hermione, so things were a little awkward. george passed by Harry in attempt to get away but both Fred and Harry pounced on him before he got the chance.
"Don't try to avoid me, mate," Harry yelled. "You need to talk to Hermione and that's that. No ifs or buts. You hearin' me!?". "Yes, Harry, i'm hearing you!" George yelled back in an equally angry tone.
Meanwhile, in the common room, Hermione was engrossed in her book, 'Hogwarts; a History', until an infamous Ronald Weasley entered the room looking rattier than earlier. He trotted up to his dorm, tripping over the second and fourth steps.
(2 weeks later) (Hermionie's POV)
I walked into my dorm to find Frankie, my owl rapping on the window. I untied the letter and opened it. It read:
Dear 'Mione,
Your brother, Allan, has been kidnapped by Voldemort. We need you and Holly home ASAP. Dumbledore has allowed us to get you home through the floo network.
See you tonight
Mother
Upon reading this, i almost fainted. I rushed outside to Holly, my identical sister, and told her the news. She was also devastated to her that our 2 year old brother was kidnapped and was determined to help find him.
(1 month later)
We found Allan and he is all safe now. Holly just happened to tell me while we were away that she fancies the other twin, Fred. This i find funny because I fancy George, I really do and I am not afraid to admit it to myself, but not to anyone else.
When Harry told me about George liking me I acted annoyed but I was actually really happy. I was devastated when george kept on avoiding me so i guess that i acted strangley. My friends didn't appreciate that i would only talk to Holly about this.
(Everyone's POV) (3 months later)
Ron has been acting really strangely lately. Everyone has been trying to help him but it isn't helping at all. He rarely eats and finds himself in the most awkward situations with Pansy Parkinson often. He is getting to skinny and can't fit into his robes anymore.
George was walking down the passage when Harry and Hermione appeared 50 meters in front of him. He quickly ducked behind a tapestry to only find Ron and Pansy snogging. Weird.
