He waited. Salazar Slytherin leaned against a castle podium; wand clutched tightly in his right hand, a slight smirk appeared of his wax like features. The cold night breeze whipped at stands of his hair. He was so going to get him and he knew just the spells to use. The spells that would hurt the most.
He wrapped his cloak tighter around himself, trying to keep out the bitter breeze. He chuckled and pictures flooded his mind, pictures of what would happen when he used these spells. He stopped laughing as a silhouette appeared in the darkened corridor in front of him; the arched corridor that was normally packed with Hogwarts students but not tonight and Godric was the silhouette, Godric stood in front of him. He would have no idea what was about to hit him.
Salazar lifted his head up, his wide eyes focused on the corridors ceiling and he pulled out his wand from underneath his cloak. “Accio,” he muttered under his breath, and stretched out his other hand.
He grabbed hold of the rope that had flown toward him and gave it a good old yank. An all mighty clatter filled the Corridor, along with the slightest sound of a faint grunt.
Salazar wandered over to the source of the sound, pots and pans that he had retrieved from the kitchens earlier that day laid on the floor along with what looked a temporary knocked out Godric.
Salazar bent down to Godric’s right side; Salazar moved Godric’s face to the right with his hand.
Godric stirred slightly.
“Don’t wake yet, my friend. I haven’t done with you. I did warn you not to prank me.” He reached inside his cloak and pulled out a Phial. “The draught of living death, a simple sleeping spell.” Whispered Salazar and half laughed. “Simple but damn right powerful.” Salazar opened Godric’s mouth and watched as the potion spilled.
He sat back, crossed legged, arms folded and his wand clutched in his hand. He kept tossing it between both hands, twirling it around. Just earlier that day Godric had told him how much better his wand was than his. Salazar smiled. Yeah he didn’t think that Godric would be thinking that in another couple of hours. Sure, they where friends but even friends drove each other crazy and no body pranked him and got away with it.
Salazar turned his head to Godric. “This wand didn’t choose me for any old reason you know.” He scoffed. How could Godric even think his wand was better then his, Salazar Slytherin. “Yew, Dragon Heartstring, 12.5 inches, unyielding, Good for Defensive spells and dueling.” He chuckled. It wasn’t exactly cheating to knock him out cold first and the dueling, well, that will come later. Right now Salazar had to make good use of the Dragon Blood he had found, being a Founder of Hogwarts really helped him out sometimes.
He reached into his other pocket and drew out five phials, pointing at each one in turn he called out their names. “Eodaip, Reusurrin, Aesur, Ilisu and Iri.” He smirked knowing what each one would do to poor old Godric
“Salazar Slytherin!” he heard his name before he even saw Godric, in fact half of the other students in the grounds heard it, all turned to him, chattering under their breaths. Salazar held his nerve as he watched Godric stand in front of him as fast as a bullet.
“You!” Godric screamed and Salazar couldn’t help but chuckle as he saw the after effects of his helpful little Dragon’s blood prank last night. “What the hell did you to my face Salazar?”
“Your face looks like normal to me Godric,” replied Salazar with a smirk as others chuckled.
Godric drew out his wand and pointed it at Salazar’s chest. “You should consider yourself lucky that I class you as a friend otherwise I might have been tempted to use the Cruciatus curse on you after that prank you pulled.”
Salazar smiled. “Your too soft pal.”
“Not soft enough,” said Godric and Salazar arched an eyebrow. Godric bent down and bowed, stepping aside. “Also, I have other friends in high places.” Added Godric.
“Are you mad? A Blast-Ended Skrewt? Where did you—“
“Like I said old friend. Friends in high places and no one said when I called a battle it had to be me you battled agaisnt. Do have fun won’t you” Godric chuckled before he walked away he turned to Salazar. “Oh and be carful Salazar, I heard they like to bite, sting and burn all at once!”
Salazar frowned. It was Blast- Ended Skrewt. It stood no chance agaisnt his wand. “Yew, Dragon Heartstring, 12.5 inches, unyielding, Good for Defensive spells and dueling.” He muttered as the blast- ended Skrewt came scutterling over to him. “Good for Defensive spells and dueling.” The blast ended skrewt raised into an almost standing posistion. “Time to prove your worth wand,” muttered Salazar, running for the skrewt.
