Harry and Ginny were enjoying their time away from home. Ginny thoughts were focused on Harry and it felt good not to have to worry about being a mother. They both felt like they were in a hotel on vacation.

Ginny rolled over to her stomach and lean up on her elbows as Harry got up to find his shorts that were thrown across the room in the heat of the moment. “What a cute bum you have.”

Harry quickened his step to his boxers that lay next to the arm chair in their room. “You’re too much. You know” Harry pulled up his shorts and fell into the chair with a huge smile across his face. “It’s been good, but unfortunately I think it’s time to return to the party.”

Ginny rolled to her back and let out a breath. She adjusted the sheet to cover herself up and swung her legs off the side of the bed “If we must.”

Harry got up and walked to her. He cupped her face with both hands and placed a kiss on her forehead. “Yeah, we’ve been selfish enough for today. I have a feeling that we’ll be needed soon.”

With that they both dressed and ventured out to find the rest of the house. They found Hermione and Ron sitting in the library. Ron looked up happy for the intrusion. He didn’t want to answer Hermione questions any more. Besides, he didn’t know how to.

Hermione raised an eyebrow at the new comers in the room. “You guys had fun?”

Ron threw a pillow at Hermione “I don’t want to hear anything about.”

The room was laughing when a sliver fox entered the room and Justice voice came out. It’s time Randolphus’ warehouse south east London, trace me.

Everyone faces dropped and they gave each other that knowing look. It took a second for Hermione to step into action. In a flash she was out the door and in Draco’s office.

“Everything alright?” Draco asked knowing full well it wasn’t.

Hermione took an extra breath before recalling what Justice had said. “It’s time.”

Draco stood up and gave her the note that came a few minutes earlier by an unknown owl. She looked down at it and read it. “Do you know what this means.”

“I have an idea” Draco tried to give her a reassuring smile, but knew it didn’t work.

“Justice just sent word. ‘South East London’, he said the he traced him.” Hermione placed her hand on Draco forearm “You ready to go?”

Draco nodded his head and pulled Hermione in to tight hug and held her for a few minutes longer than he would normally do. “Yeah gather the others and meet you down stairs.” Their hands lingered in the air as she walked away, till just their fingertips were touching. Hermione looked over her shoulder at him as she left the room and went to get the others.

Draco walked to his desk, wrote a note telling the ministry where Randolphus’ warehouse is and where the impending battle was going to be. Draco ran his hands through his now messy hair for the hundredth time. He took an extra breath and looked around at his office, before leaving it behind with a silent prayer that they would be returning home again safe and sound. Draco walked the front step in to the foyer meeting everyone’s gaze as he took the last step. Hermione and Ginny were tying their hair back while looking in the mirror. Both of their eyebrows knitted together with looks of worry.

Draco looked to them and frowned “You two aren’t going.”

“Finally some sense.” Ron said as he stepped up to the both of them. Ron looked to Harry then to Draco silently pleading them to do or say something.

“You have to be kidding me. Don’t you dare pull this” Hermione viciously spat.

Harry put a hand on both Hermione and Ginny. “You know they are only saying that because they don’t want to see you guys hurt.”

Ginny shook his hand off of her by pulling herself away from Harrys grasp with force. “We can take care of ourselves.”

Hermione walked to Draco and put her arms around his neck “You know this is one argument you are not going to win. We fought in the first war, don’t you dare think that you can stop us from coming. If we don’t come with you, we will just follow behind you in a few minutes.” She let a small laugh before kissing him on the cheek.

Draco knowing that he was screwed let out a frustrated breath “Fine but stay out of the way.”

They all grabbed each other’s forearms and Ron pictured the warehouse in his mind’s eye. Once it was there he aparated them to the roof of the warehouse to find Justice snapping away pictures.

“Took you guys long enough.” Justice stood up from the ledge he was sitting on and walked to the group that formed on the roof with him. He thought to himself luck was on their side so far, a loud truck passed by when they arrived and it covered up the sound of them aparating.

Draco took a step back from his friends. He watched them walk and talk to Justice figuring out a plan of action. He couldn’t help, but to feel anxious about his friend’s lives that were at the stake again, all because of his family. Now, this time he knew it wasn’t directly his fault that his friends were in danger, but again it was at the hands of his family members the ones were due to cause harm. He knew his father was involved now and knew that it was time to confront him, to finish it all once and over.

He looked across the faces of his friends and wondered if they knew what was in store for them in just a few minutes. Draco slowly took the short walk to where everyone was standing looking down through a huge dingy skylight at the scene unfold underneath them. A blonde dot was in a chair, which he presumed was Sari, surrounded by loads of business suit clad men. Justice kept clicking away taking as many pictures as he could. Ron looked on with obvious worry across his face. Harry, Ginny and Hermione watched crouched over the railing in silence. Draco looked up to the blue sky above and said a silent prayer that it would be alright in the end, even though something told him that he was surly mistaken.

A sign of relief came as a gust of wind for Draco that ended up sending shivers through his body. He let himself take it as a reassurance from above that he was letting his head get the best of him. He did the best he could to shake the bad thoughts from his head and took a spot between Harry and Hermione. Both whom looked up at him, when Hermione’s chocolate eyes met his azul ones as his heart tighten in his chest. He wasn’t going to let anyone take from him what was taken before. He lost the love of his life once and wasn’t going to lose it again. He felt the fire in his belly, reached for his wand, took a deep breath and jumped.

Before, anyone could do anything Draco pointed his wand at the glass and blasted right through it. He jumped into the now large gaping hole on the roof and landed with bent knees right in front of Sari who was tied to a chair. Gasps were heard above and below from his drastic action. Justice, Ron and Harry looked to each other as the blood drained from their faces and both girls looked upon in horror know what has about to happen.

“Why did he just do that?” Ron stood up so fast that Harry lost his balance and almost fell over.

Harry and Justice just shook their heads. Harry turned to Hermione and Ginny. “Please even if it’s just for now. Stay up here. Give us cover from above for now.”

Pleading with his eyes to both girls, they replied with a nod. Ginny wiped a stray tear from her cheek that accidently leaked out. Harry knew it was in vain, but was relieved that at least he /they wouldn’t have to worry about them for at least little while. Harry knew that’s why Draco just went for it, he didn’t want to argue, he just wanted to get the job done.

With a loud crack Justice was gone and appeared next to Draco on the warehouse floor, leaving Ron, and Harry with the girls on the roof.

Draco had his wand out taking a mental count of the men that surround him. His neck whipped to his left as Justice appeared next to him with his wand out.

The sea of business suit clad men parted so Randolphus could meet the two men standing in the mist of them, causing the interruption.

With his hand cupped under his chin and an evil smile spread across his deeply etched face Randolphus took center of the attention “Ah, my boys how are you this wonderful day and what an entrance you made.” He raised an eye brow at them. “My, my, it’s so nice of you to grace us with you presents aren’t you both so kind.”

The smile grew on his menacing face, his wrinkles deepen, his eyes widen and his body tensed in anticipation. Wordlessly, with just a raise of his hand a loud metal clanking was heard and a ruffling sound began to grow in volume around them.

“The time is now, my fellow enthuses. The moment you all came for today is just arrived, please stand back, and enjoy the show.” Randolphus raised both arms. Smiles, gasps, and mumbling could be heard coming from the different group of business clad men and other dark wizard that stood around the room

Draco and Justice looked to each other, then around the room at their would be attackers. A black mist was forming at the right side of the warehouse. Both of their bodies tensed up, they knew what was coming for them. With baited breath both men took a deep breath, stepped back to back, and waited for the swarm to hit.

Sari let out an auditable gasp that could be heard around the room even with her gagged mouth. The entire room all waited for the show that they had come for to start. Randolphus couldn’t help, but to smile at the fact he might rid himself of all of his problems in one fell swoop. He loved his little minions. He taught them well to attach his mark and make him proud of them. The flap of their wings began to deafen the thoughts in the minds of the men watching as they came closer. A dark shadow blocked out what little sunshine leak through the dirty windows and hanging industrial florescence lamps.

The black mist grew into a black cloud that the blocked skylight above. The men let out something between a gasp and whispers of amazement as they flew by their fat heads. Draco felt Justice’s body tighten as did Justice feel the same thing from Draco’s. Both men standing back to back and doing their best to block Sari from the impending doom with held out wands and began to chant methodically something that could be barely heard. A surge of energy formed around them making an invisible wall around all three of them. The air pulsed as the light bent ever so slightly around them. Draco and Justice looked from one to another knowing this was only a temporary solution, but was the only one at the present time.

*

To feel the power coursing through my veins, Draco let go, close his eyes and felt the ground shake under his feet. The air rushes up the sides of his body. Dust and other random of dirt started to whirl around Draco as the air began to cyclone around Justice, Sari. His hands tremble while he held them out to force the wind against the squeezing impending black mist. It feel like the black masses was almost too powerful, but he am able to hold them off.

Ear shattering explosions came from behind then and down Justice and Draco went. Sari was still bound to her chair tightly holding her eyes shut as the wind whipped around her. Draco cautiously opened an eye to survey his surroundings. The black mist surrounded the wind whirling around blocking them, only blackness could be seen pass the barrier. A deafen roar came from the combination of beating of the wings of the creatures in the black mist and the wind encircling around the three of them. To his relief they were all ok, but for how long he could hold them off . That, He didn’t know. Draco looked to Justice who returned a knowing nod in his direction.

Justice got to his knees to counterbalance the wind whirling around him and looked around him to find anything that could be used to help them. He spotted above him hanging in the rafters were chains dangling in loops. He raised his right hand, focused his thoughts on the chains, and down they came like two dueling waves busting through bunches of wooden crates on their way to encircle a group of business suit clad men standing in groups in the far corners reaching for their wands. The men came down, falling to the ground like bowling pins during a strike. With a quick look to his left he turned his thoughts to the shards and pieces of wood lying on the floor. He flicked his wrist and they all rose off the ground and went flying off the floor with vengeance.

Thousands of little sharp arrows pointing in the direction of the blacken mist impaled thousands of the flying creatures in seconds. They dropped with little thuds to the ground around them. What was left of the creatures in the black mist came barreling through the cyclone of wind that Draco was holding up in his moment of distraction. His thoughts faltering as a group of hood clad men came out from behind Randolphus, Lucius at the head, leading the way.

Lucius ducked dramatically just in time, swatting passing jinx’s as he stepped forward. The first three of the seven men weren’t as lucky though and fell to the ground. Justice saw Draco’s attention shift and acted on it he aimed a group of rogue wooden shards into their guts, exposing their intestines causing their blood to pool on the floor.    The four behind them stepped over the first three and kneeled to shoot hexes with long red fiery trails over, fired over their raised right elbows. Lucius let out a skin crawling laugh that caught Draco’s attention. He paned right, pushed the wind that was encircled them, and walked directly towards his father wand outstretched blowing him and the four hooded men off the ground. Blasting them hard against the steel reinforced walls, their limp bodies slid to the floor lying in heaps against the wall.

Lucius was the first one back onto his feet. He pulled out his wand and sent several a jinx’s at his son that knocked him off his feet. Lucius took a step closer and doing his best to enter in his sons mind. Draco locked eyes and barricade his thoughts from his father. He knew his father well enough and knew he wanted to find a weakness to exploit.

Draco wall was starting to break brick by brick. He could hear his father’s voice in his head “You really think you’re strong enough to play wits with me my boy.” followed by his laughter that echo in his head.

Draco’s hand went up to his temples, but as he forced the last of his strength, thank Merlin something broke Lucius concentration, and Draco had his mind back.

What was left of the winged minions came swarming towards where Draco and Justice were fighting and where Sari was still bound. The wind shifted in the room then died down suddenly. The minions darted in between them, under their legs, leaving little blood trails as they went. The edges of their wings cutting into any flesh that they came in contact with, full grown men falling to their knees as the hypodermic needle like fangs pierced their fat piggy necks. The air was thick with little balls of terror. They blocked out all the daylight that leaked in through the dirty windows. Sari had to rock back and forth on her chair bobbing out of the way of the winged fiends. She lowered her head, swung it left, then to the right, lean forward in the chair, and pushed back on the chair to avoid them. One of her attempts at dodging them, a wing brushed against her wrist. She could feel the warm trickling feeling of blood run down to her palm. Sari shook her wrist at the sensation and to her surprise a hand was lose. Another, few sways and she was able to wriggle out of her bonds. She stood up as fast as she could, and ran to Draco’s side.

Randolphus’ reflex’s were too quick, he raised his wand towards her, pointed it, then lifted her off the ground. Sari felt her feet dangling, her arms flared, and she screamed. The scream could only be heard by the men standing around Randolphus.

Draco and Justice looked to one and another with fleeting looks of surprise written across their faces. The men in business suits, what was left of the hooded men, and Randolphus all dropped to the floor in fetal positions, holding their ears as the sound rebounded  off the wall around them. Sari was dropped to the floor like a ragdoll.  Alec was the only one who was left standing who stood behind Randolphus in the first place. He stood wand outreached and wearing a confusing look drawn on his face.

Justice dipped his chin and gave a mock salute in the direction of Alec “It’s been a longtime. Good to see you.”

Draco stood up, brushed the dirt off his trousers and looked across of sea of withering men. “How’s it?”

Justice pulled out his wand out to freeze all the men on the floor so Sari could stop her silent scream. She rubbed her throat, wishing to herself that she didn’t just do that and with a hoarse voice she turned to Justice “Took you long enough.” She looked at up to him rubbing her hip where she fell as she slowly stood up.

Justice gave his sister a haft smile, pulled out his cigarettes, took one out, and lit it with his sliver zippo. With a puff he looked up to see the outlines of Ron, Harry, Hermione, and Ginny heads above him through the settling dust, another second later with a pop the three of them were standing around them.

Draco shared a knowing look with Hermione, before shooting a sliver streak from his wand over her shoulder, all of their eye followed the glittering streak as it went through a broken window.

“I guess it wasn’t necessary for us all to come.” Ron said as he took a step towards a bound Randolphus “Weren’t so tough, were you now.” He then placed a swift kick to his gut.

Ginny let out a gasp at her brother rudeness and was about to say something when hordes of men all in black and with masks pulled over their faces came bursting through the windows and skylights that lined the tops of all four walls. Shards of glass went flying everywhere like little snow flurries. Men on ropes descended from the roof hopping from the tops of the stacked crates onto the floor below them. Someone screamed “We were just up there” but their word were eaten up by the ruckus accruing around them.

Harry grabbed Ginny and they took cover behind some crates near a cinderblock wall. Harry pushed with all of his might at the crates around him to check their durability before hugging his wife and pleading with her

“Please stay hidden. I know you want to be in the middle of it with us, but think of the kids. Cover us from afar, whatever you do please stay out of view. Please, I love you.” Harry squeezed her taking in her scent for a second longer than that was needed and turned away from her ducking hex after hex, rolling and weaving between blowing up crates and green glowing jinx’s.

Justice was knocked to the ground by one of the men who came down from the ceiling with a swift punch to the back of his head. Justice lost his hold of the men on the on the ground frozen, letting them up as quickly as they could to get right into the fight happening around them. Randolphus and Lucius met each other within a few steps. A few men ran to them acting like shield protecting them from anything and everything. The men tried to make a wall around their bosses while they tried to run away to take cover. Draco was shooting every jinx and hex good or bad, legal or not he could think of in the direction of his Father and Uncle. He didn’t care which one he hit, as long as the something hit was his father or uncle. Men from the human shield started to fall one by one as Draco picked them off creating an opening for one of his jinx’s to hit.

Ron tried to pull Sari to cover, but she stood her ground and locked her legs. She wasn’t going anywhere she was going to stay and fight next to her brother.  Still swatting random winged fiends as they dashed by their heads, she saw Justice go down and wasn’t going to leave him. She looked around in an almost panic when she saw over on the wall a fire hose. Sari got an idea and she wanted to use it. She smiled at Ron who took a step back from her. Ron ran towards Hermione instead. Who was in a duel with two of Randolphus’ men. Shooting jinxes over and under hand, as one would hit another man would take his place. It felt never ending wheel. So, when Ron joined her. She gave him a slight nod of appreciation and they kept a group of men back giving room for the others to fight. Hermione could see Draco shooting hexes out of the corner of her eye. As often as she could she threw and extra jinx in his direction hoping it would aid him and not hinder him.

Sari mustered as much energy as she could. She could feel her toes tingling and her finger tips slightly vibrating as she looked to the fire hose with an intense gaze. She fixated on the thought of the red water valve. She narrowed her eyes in focus as the valve trembled slightly before turning with all of its might. The hose came to life, identical to a pissed off cobra. A jet of water exploded from the nozzle in the direction of the men in front of her, wands went flying from their hands. Mask, hats, and shirt’s flew through the air from when the jet of water rushed towards them. The hose itself tripped men in suits or dressed in black. It hit men in the stomachs making them bent double over in pain, little crimson rain dropped mingled with sway from the hose. The rush of the water through the old pipes triggered the sprinkler system added to the already plentiful water flying through the air.

The cold water falling like rain hit Justice face and brought him back into the fight before him, his face just above the puddle growing around him where he lay. An idea struck him as he got to his knees. He opened his arms, and pulled the water from off the floor into a wall of water. As he brought his hand together, it pushed the random water together and forward towards the men that Sari was fighting with her serpentine fire hose. With a few twists of his hands the water formed a ball and encased the men. A tightly packed group of twisting and screaming men rose in the air and hovered just in front of them, random hands or legs occasionally breaking through the turning water’s surface. One group of men was taken care of temporally, so they turned their focus on Draco shooting jinxes and running in the opposite direction.

Out of nowhere Harry came jumping out from behind a huge wooden crate, running up and throwing jinxes with enough might the whole place shuddered from the force of his attack. The once open doors all closed in an instance with resounding bangs that got every ones attention. Hermione took this moment of distraction and summoned red glowing chains. They wrung themselves around men in front of them and locked the men in black masks into a tight knot. The men arms ripped to their sides, heads banged together, as they were pulled into a tight bunch. Ron and Hermione rushed by Draco’s side wands out and trained on the group of men blocking Randolphus and Lucius.

Ginny peaked from the corner to see Sari and Justice had their wands out taking sides with Draco. She wasn’t sure if it was safe enough for her to come out. She took a step and felt a hand cover her mouth and yank her backwards. She flared her arms to reach out for anything she could, so she wouldn’t be pulled back. Her left hand caught the edge of a smaller wooden crated that tumble down causing a tower of crates to go tumbling down after it. It was enough to get their attention. Harry and Ron looked to each other, Hermione hand went up to cover her mouth. She had just realized that Ginny wasn’t standing with them.

“Go, Harry I got this. GO!” Draco yelled without looking over at him.

Harry and Hermione turned on their heels and ran towards the direction of the commotion.

Draco’s gaze never faltered as he shot his father daggers. “If looks could kill”. He thought to himself as he fixed himself a better position. “Fucking sitting ducks”

Justice looked to his cousin with a look of worry he could feel Draco’s anger like it was radiating from him in waves. Justice could almost swear he could see it.

Sari watched this exchange of looks. She knew what Justice was feeling. She was feeling it too. She was doing her best to keep strong she could feel Randolphus trying to penetrate her mind. One bright flash after another flashed in her mind eyes each time he tried to get inside. A sharp pain followed by each. She could feel her legs giving away, she knew she was swaying, she only could hope that no one else noticed. Flash, pain, flash, pain, flash and she felt the cold concrete against her cheek. FLASH, and she was out. It became too hard for her to keep open her eyes and the world went black. Ron ran to her and wrapped her in his arms. He called out her name, but the words bounced right off and through her.

Sari’s eyes were open in cold and listless stare. The only thing she saw was something from out of a dream or nightmare. She only could hear her Godfathers voice. He was saying things to her she hadn’t heard since she was a little girl. She saw herself lying in her godfather lap, as he ran his fingers through her hair lightly dragging his finger nails on her scalp. She saw her beloved Aunt sitting at her vanity putting on her make-up with her younger self watching, learning, wanting to emanate her. Next came visions of her Aunt and Godfather being dragged away by the Aurors in red glowing chains. Flash, flash, flash then came pain. Sari pulled her arms and legs in to her chest vainly trying to protect her stomach as the knot of pain squeezing the life out of her.

Another scene unfolds in her mind’s eye this time not her own, a vision of sitting in dark, dank, musty, cold stone cell looking out on to an angry black sea, howling wind, and wails ringing through the damp stone walls. A deep down feeling of utter emptiness feeling took over her. Sari could hear arbitrary drips from dirty water dripping through the old stone wall and  her Godfather sweet words of comfort barely coming through from one of the walls saying “Be strong you’re a Black. The Dark Lord won’t be forsaken us. I love you”

Replayed over and over in her ears, but the sight didn’t change. Sari couldn’t tell what was real any more. She knew she wasn’t dead yet, but also knew this wasn’t reality. She saw and felt her hands ball up, her nails digging in her palms leaving red dripping spots that she than licked as she looked down at them.  But, they weren’t her hands that much she did know.

Next lighting could be seen through a barred window and then thunder roars could be heard that seem to be coming closer. An empty feeling draining from her limbs and was replaced with a slight tingling feeling. As the feeling took over her body and she let go, a loud explosion ripped the window off the wall, leaving dust clouds and jagged rock all over the ground.

The wall dividing the cell from the one next to her also crumbled as a dark figure hovered with open arms just above the rubble. The darken figure came closer, so close that normally you would see a face, but she could only see a vast darkness inside of its hood. The figure embraced her tightly, tilted its head, and lean into her face. A feeling of coolness shocked through her body as the fire lit inside of her. Her eyes rolled back with pleasure and colors swam before her eyes as she felt ice cold lips touch her warm ones. A complete feeling of nirvana took over her mind and body. Time stopped, her heart stopped then with in a second it was all over. Flash. She was laying on the wet cold floor, looking up at Randolphus. He looked down at her with broken, wet eyes. He was younger and his eyes weren’t so dead and black yet. Sari saw for the first time since she was a little girl that Godfather she once knew. The man who she remembered not the broken one she knew. Then she looked down at her hands and saw they weren’t her own.

A new feeling went over her, then coursed through her veins. It dawn on her that the Dark Lord had just kissed her in front of her husband, but she didn’t care, in fact it excited her. Sari knew these weren’t her own thoughts as the rushed through her head. Randolphus reached out to her and she reluctantly took his hand to stand up. The Dark lord grabbed both of their arms. Flash. The vision turned to darkness “That’s the day I lost her” Sari heard in a slight echo as a new sights began to form around her.

When she was able to hear Godfather voiced, she was able to regain herself for a millisecond, and saw blurry faces in front of her for a moment.  Flash, pain, and it all went black again. She was watching two women dueling. Red and green light flashing, so bright it blinded her

“Not my daughter, you bitch*” Came from one of the ladies, than wands met in a clash of red and green dripping light. (*HPDH36:736)

Sari saw in her minds eye it was her Aunt fighting this chubby red haired woman, with her black hair messed up, and dress torn at the seams. Sari felt tears run down her face and tried to look away, but couldn’t she didn’t have a body to turn around, she knew she was laying on the ground still at the warehouse. Sari tried to force her mind shut, but in vain, nothing could cease the image in front of her. She watched her Aunt turn to stone in an instance, crackle in a million pieces, fall to the floor to pile of dust, and blow away.

Sari screamed in her head. “Why, please, stop! I can’t take anymore. Please stop. I thought you loved me. Please, I can’t. Please. Plea..”   Her aching ribs throbbed as she gasped for breath, each intake more painful than the last.

One last scene played in her mind’s eye. “This is who you have chosen.” She heard as a group of people emerged around the women who she just saw kill her Aunt. Her blood boiled more and more with each red head who appeared next to the women to embraced her. The anger bubbling up in the pit of her belly with each one threating to explode, all she wanted to do was rip each of their throats out in front of that woman and to cause her, no inflect as pain as she could. Just as she felt her eyes go red with anger she saw the last person who she would have ever thought run up and embrace this women.

Sari opened her eyes and let out a blood curdling scream. This time everyone could hear it. Sari shot up, totally forgetting that a moment ago she thought she felt like she was dying. She flew across the invisible boundary and jumped in between Randolphus and Lucius with a wicked smile played on her full red lips.

Randolphus tilted his head and gave his Goddaughter a kiss on her cheek. “Sorry, love, had to do that. You understand, right. Welcome back.” He kissed his Granddaughter on her cheek before turning with a smile at the others.
