 Dear Readers,

I am so sorry, but please let me explain- I have been going through a very rough time lately. My best friend admitted to cutting and my other best friend is on medium risk for suicide. I couldn't write because I had to watch them and protect them from themselves. I'll try to write more, but I don't know how much I can write while watching over them. Thank you for your patience and thank you to all who wrote reviews.

I love you guys,

TogetherForever

Hermione’s POV

I saw all the first years hugging their parents good-bye, before boarding the Hogwarts Express. I saw the seventh, sixth and a few fourth years glancing at me curiously. I was Hermione Jean Granger- now Malfoy. I was the Gryffindor Princess- who married the Prince of Slytherin.

Some of them no doubt thought me a traitor to my house. To others I was probably considered brave. After all I had crossed the harsh Gryffindor/Slytherin line.

Draco saw the flash of emotion beyond my eyes. He smiled softly and gently took my hand.

“Hey, it’s none of their bloody business,” he whispered in my ear. I looked up at him trying to send him my thoughts.

He frowned and hugged me close to him.

“I don’t care what anybody says. You’re mine and I love you Hermione Malfoy.”

His words comforted me.

“I love you too,” I whispered.

Draco kissed the top of my head, and led me onto the train. We found the compartment Theo and Ginny were in. Ginny smiled at us- her fingers were laced together with Theo’s. I was happy for them- this was the first time they could openly hold hands at school.

“How many people stared at you?” Ginny asked as Draco and I sat down.

“Oh, just about every single person. Besides the first years of course, they didn’t really seem to mind that much,” I replied, resting my head on Draco’s shoulder.

“Yeah, the same here,” Theo said, shrugging. “I was a bit disappointed to say the least- I was expecting a duel or something to break out.”

“A duel? Are you daft? Why would a bloody duel break out?”Draco asked Theo.

“I don’t know- I just thought it would be cool. Us- returning after breaking every unofficial rule of our school, hated by every pair of eyes that follow us- being attacked by those too weak and stupid to follow in our courageous footsteps…”

“And then what?” Ginny asked, turning to Theo, her eyebrows raised.

“We mop the bloody floor with their asses of course.”

“Oh, how very poetic,” I said laughing.

“Indeed, I am a regular Shakespeare!” Theo exclaimed, throwing his hands in the air, happily, much to the amusement of Ginny.

“Whatever you say love,” she said, rolling her eyes.

“You know you love me,” he smirked, resting his forehead against hers.

There was a knock at our compartment door, and it was opened by Harry and Ron.

“Hey Mione,” Harry said, smiling at me. “Ron and I were wondering if we could steal you away for a moment or two.”

“Sure,” I said, untangling my fingers from Draco’s. “Be right back love,” I said.

He smirked at me. “Hurry back.”

I followed Harry and Ron out of the compartment to theirs that was just a little ways down the train.

“What do you need boys?” I asked, sitting opposite of them.

“Well, Lavender Brown and I are getting married…” Ron started before trailing off.

“And?” I asked.

“Well, “Harry said, looking at Ron and then at me. “We were wondering if you and Lavender could get together and help her plan the wedding. She has no clue what’s she’s doing and wanted your help, but she’s afraid you hate her after what happened at the dance.”

“I don’t hate her, I just dislike her strongly. And I guess that will be ok. Do you know how often she’ll need me?”

“Uh…” Ron said. “To be honest Hermione, I’ll not so sure this whole marriage thing will work out. I mean I like Lav. I do, but… Marriage? That’s a bit… tied down. I don’t want to be tied down just yet. I enjoy being a bachelor.”

“Ron… I don’t really think I’m the best person to be talking to that about… Maybe you should tell Lavender that?”

“I am. I did. But she doesn’t understand. Whenever I try to talk to her about it, she gets real prissy. I can’t get a bloody word in!”

“Ah,” I said. “She probably just doesn’t want to lose you. I’m sure it’s nothing. “

“Maybe,” Ron muttered.

“Draco is probably wondering where I am. I’m going to head back now. Just tell Lavender to come talk to me when she needs me.”

“Sure thing, bye Mione!” Harry called after me as I exited the compartment and returned to Gin, Theo, and Draco.

“What did Potter and Weasel want?” Draco asked.

“Lavender wants me to help plan their wedding because she has no idea what she’s doing.”

“Are you sure that’s a good idea?” Ginny asked. “Lavender never has particularly liked you Mione. She may resent you for planning her wedding.”

“Well it’s not like I’m doing the whole thing,” I replied. “I’m just owling everyone for her like Draco’s mum did for us.”

“Yeah. But Mione this is Lavender Brown we are talking about. She is a crazy bitch!” Theo yelled.

“Theo!” Ginny gasped, slapping his shoulder. “Watch it! Anyone can hear you! We have to play nice with the other children.”

“But I don’t want to play nice with the other children,” he muttered.

“Then you don’t get play time.”

His eyebrows shot up and he smirked.

“Fine, I’ll play nice, but no promises during ‘play time’.”

“Ew. Guys really, that’s disgusting,” Draco said, covering his ears.

“Yeah, I agree with Draco that is gross,” I added.

“Then don’t listen,” Ginny said, sticking her tongue out at us.

When we finally arrived at Hogwarts, Professor McGonagall met Draco and I by the carriages.

“I need to see you two for a moment,” she said.

“Of course Professor,” I replied, taking Draco’s hand and following her through the crowds of people.

When we were a good enough distance away from listening ears, she turned to us.

“Listen, I find nothing wrong with your relationship, but other students do. I cannot simply give you two your own dormitories to keep those students from you. But should you two happen to find another way to escape your classmates, I will not raise a finger to stop you.”

“Professor, are you giving us permission to sleep in the Room of Requirement?” Draco asked, uncertain.

“Certainly not, why on earth would you think that Mr. Malfoy? Now hurry along or you’ll miss the carriages,” she said, waving us in the direction of the carriages.

“What just happened?” Draco asked me as we turned to walk back to the carriages.

“I just got an idea for your birthday,” I said smirking.

Draco stopped walking and just stared at me. I didn’t bother to wait for him.

“My what?” he called after me.

I shook my head and kept walking.

“Hermione? Hermione! Why aren’t you answering me?”

I stepped onto the last carriage and turned to look at Draco.

“You’ll find out on your birthday! Now hurry up if you want a ride!”

Draco’s POV

Bloody hell. My birthday! I had forgotten in the all the fuss about the ‘kidnapping’, Hermione getting poisoned, our wedding, Hermione getting cursed, and Hermione waking up.

I was going to be eighteen. Bloody hell!

Theo and I walked into the Great Hall, but our eyes went to the Gryffindor table. Smirking slightly, Hermione and Ginny waved at us before returning to their dinner.

“I’m telling you mate,” Theo said as we sat down, “this semester is going to suck. Big time. Not only are we back in school- which makes matters worse automatically- our entire house hates us, our girlfriend’s/wife’s house hates us, and they are on the other bloody side of the Great Hall! It’s like Merlin is just being cruel on bloody purpose!”

He then looked up at the ceiling.

“What did I do to deserve this?!” he yelled. The entire Great Hall turned to look at him. “So sorry my praying got into the way of you consuming your food. Please, continue,” he sneered.

Theo leaned in closer to me and whispered, “Whole school is full of damn eavesdroppers.”

“No Theo, I think you just need to learn how to not yell.”

“I am not yelling. I am super whispering.”

I rolled my eyes and went back to my dinner.

“You know mate,” I said remembering what McGonagall told me and Hermione. “McGonagall pretty much told me and Hermione we could sleep in the Room of Requirement so our fellow classmates don’t slit our throats in our sleep. I’m sure you and Ginny could share it with us.”

“Me and Ginny?”

“Yeah.”

“In the Room of Requirement with you and Mione?”

“Yep.”

“Like one big hotel room?”

“Pretty much.”

“Sounds good to me,” Theo said smiling, and taking a huge bite out of his bread roll.

Once dinner finished, Theo and I met the girls in the doorway. We smiled and took their hands, ignoring the death glares that the Gryffindors sent our way. The four of us broke away from the main mass of students and strolled down an empty corridor.

“So, Theo and I were talking,” I said, “and since McGonagall gave us permission to sleep in the Room of Requirement, I figured Theo and Gin could join us.”

“That way we don’t get killed in our sleep,” Theo added.

Hermione and Ginny looked at each other and smiled widely.

“Sounds great!” they said together.

I smiled at Hermione and squeezed her hand; when she squeezed back I just knew that I was going to like the end of this year. For the most part.

We contiuned on down the hallway to where the Room of Requirement was hidden. We walked past it three times thinking, "We need somewhere to be alone. We need somewhere to be alone. We need somewhere to be alone."

At last, the doors appeared on the wall and opened into a room with a giant bed. One giant bed.

"I think the Room of Requirement gets a bit too many of those thoughts," Ginny said. "Perhaps we should be more specific?"

"And ask for what?" Theo asked. "Our own bloody common room complete with a password to get inside, and two sperate bedrooms? Not to mention a bloody loo?"

Suddenly the room started to change. It spun around us until we couldn't see a thing.

"Theo! What did you do?!" I yelled.

"Nothing!"

The room stopped spinning so quickly that we had to blink our eyes a few times to understand it had stopped.

Everything Theo had asked for was in front of us.

There was a fireplace- already lit- with a loveseat and two chairs in front of it. There was a table and chairs on the other side of the room, surrounded by booksleves. A chess board was set up to the left of the fireplace.

Three doors made out of dark wood were on the far side of the room. I was willing to bet anything that one was the loo.

Gin and Hermione looked at each other and smiled.

Without warning to either of us, they ran for the doors, each choosing a different door.

Hermione's Pov

My trunk was already on the bed, everything I had brought to Hogwarts laying out ready to be put away. I smiled.

The room included a large double bed- not as large as the bed that we had entered the room to find- that  had a black metal frame and white sheets, two large, black dressers, and fireplace with a white couch sitting before it. I loved everything about it.

Well almost everything.

I took out my wand and changed the bed into a four-poster bed. I had always wanted one. Then I added two decorative pillows- one with the Gryiffendor crest, and the other with the Slytherin crest. With another wave of my wand, both mine and Draco's clothes were put anway and our trunks were slid under the bed.

"Hermione? Can I come in?" Gin's voice was muffled by the door.

"Sure!"

She brust throught the door and did a complete 365.

"Your room is amazing! It was made for you! Oh I love the pillows; I should add some to my bed. Theo is in there now with Draco- tyring to make our room a 'man cave'. Just wait until he goes to sleep, I will make that room mine."

I laughed.

"I hope that works for you Ginny. Theo loves you so much it shouldn't be too hard to convince him to let you change everything."

"Please Hermione, even if he didn't love me I could convince him- I have a way with words."

"A way with words, or a way with your hips?" I asked.

"Both," she replied smirking.

"Come on, show me your room, I want to see what our boys have done to it," I said taking her by the hand and dragging her into the other bedroom.

Theo and Draco were just changing the bed into a four-poster bed when we entered the rooom.

"Well what's her favorite color?" Draco asked.

"Blue. Like a light blue."

"So that?" Draco asked as he changed the sheets into a baby blue.

"Oh, Theo, it's perfect," Ginny said.

Theo turned to Ginny and smiled. She walked over to him, taking in the walls that were painted to look like the sky, and the beautiful white wood dressers and bed.

"What about your 'man cave'?" Ginny asked, remembering that was what they were planning on doing.

"Draco and I can redo the living room anytime we want," Theo replied simply.

"Not if I have anything to say about- that living room is fine the way it is," I said.

Draco looked at me and smiled.

"Fine love; whatever you say, now come on, let's go see what you did to our room."

Draco took my hand and we walked out of Gin and Theo's room. I pretended not to notice with Ginny shut the door behind them.

"Wow," Draco said when I opened our bedroom door.

"Do you like it?"

"I love it!"

I smiled as Draco wrapped me in his arms.

“Once we get out of this bloody school we are going to buy a house and I swear to Merlin if our bedroom does not look like this one, I will-“

My kiss cut him off.

“Relax Draco, I promise our house will have a bedroom in it just like this one.”

My heart had made a tiny leap when he mentioned us buying a house once we graduated, and suddenly, I couldn’t wait until that day came.

Draco’s lips kissed the top of my head, and he hugged me tighter to him. I felt a strong desire to be closer to him. Really close. But I didn’t know how and wasn’t sure I was ready for something like that yet, besides we had class in an hour.

“I love you Hermione Malfoy,” Draco whispered in my ear.

I closed my eyes and smiled as his mouth trailed kisses down my neck.

“I love you Draco Malfoy.”

The desire inside me grew stronger, so strong that I flipped myself around and locked my mouth on Draco’s. My hands slid to his chest as I tried to take off his robe.

I felt his hands on mine, stopping me.

“Not now love,” he whispered in my ear. “Perhaps later.”

“Don’t be a tease,” I whined.

“No Mione, trust me. You don’t want that now,” Draco’s voice was soft. “I have been in your shoes before, not a moment goes by that I regret not waiting. Trust me love, you don’t want that now.”

“Who was your first?” I asked, suddenly very interested. “When was your first?”

Draco untangled himself from me and went to the couch, sprawling out on it. I went to him and curled up next to his side. His hands ran through my hair and he sighed deeply.

“Are you sure you want to know?”

“As long as you are comfortable telling me,” I whispered.

“I’d rather not talk about it Mione, you can ask me anything, but that.”

I felt rather hurt that he wouldn’t discuss it, but I knew, some things were private. Even between husband and wife.

“Who was your first kiss?” I asked.

“Astoria Greengrass,” he replied. “It was third year, right before you punched me actually. What about you?”

“Technically? Ron. We literally ran into each other in second year- it was before he had his growth spurt so we were still the same height.  But the one I consider my first was with Viktor Krum in fourth year, just before he left to return home…” my voice trailed off.

“Oh, no,” Draco whispered.

“Viktor!” we said together.
