1 ½ years after the war, Hermione Granger decided to take up a job as a healer,like she always wanted, at St. MungoHospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries.
2 year after the war Hermione Granger was introduced to a whole new Draco Malfoy, surprisingly through her work at St. Mungos.
2 1/4 years after the war, Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy became close friends, through the confinements of work, and through their own choice.
3 years after the war Draco Malfoy fell in love with Hermione Granger, and her to him not that long after.
3 ¼ years after the war Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger began to have a secret relationship.
3 ½ years after the war they, against more than a few people will, went out into the open with their relationship.
And now, 5 years, 6 months and 20 days after the war, they were getting married. A mudblood girl into a pureblood family. And no one could be happier than I, Narcissa Malfoy. I was thrilled that my son had final found the happiness I knew he had been missing all these years.
As Draco stood a-top the altar, he looked form his blessed Hermione’s eyes, to my eyes. As our eyes met, I mouthed ‘Im proud of you’, which was something I knew he had always wanted to hear. I knew that both he and I had made the right choices after leaving her war, including me leaving Lucius, Draco taking up a job at St. Mungo's, and him meeting and proposing to Hermione. We shared one last look as he turned back to his Hermione, as they began recited their vow’s.

5 years, 6 months and 21 days after the war Hermione and I shared our first full day as man and wife. We sat down in the sand on a beach together near the waters edge at sunset. It was perfect here. Absolutely perfect. The beautiful green of the sea to match my slytherin side, and the dusty red of the sun to reflect her gryffindor side.
As we sat together, using only a thin blanket and each other’s body heat to keep ourselves warm, we watched the sun set deeper into the already indigo sky. Just as it’s final ray’s of warmth disappeared, she turned to me and said,
“I love you Draco. Did you know that?
“Really Hermione, I had no idea.” I replied with a quiet chuckle, “I love you too, you know."
“Mmm...” She began to kiss me, and I didnt object. We kissed passionately for a few heavenly minutes before I gently pulled away.
“But I love you more,” I stated quietly. The look on her face told me that she didnt think that was possible, so i simply told her, “Hermione Jean Granger, did I not prove this to you yesterday? I love you more than anything. The only way I could ever hurt you is by holding your hand to tight. I will love you forever and always. I will love you until February 30th comes.
