Harry Potter! Ha! He thinks I have been destroyed, but he is wrong. I have a new life. A new child to kill. If only I could remember her name...
About five years ago I woke up in a new unrecognizable body. A new prophesy had been seen. A Mudblood would be the next to try to kill me. I set out to kill Mudbloods so this would not happen. I killed many, maybe two hundred and their families, when I came upon a situation not unlike the Potter problem. The house had many charms placed on it by concerned neighbors. A family of three was inside. Two adults. One small child. But this small child was old enough to remember how her parents died, and she didn't.
The girl is now thirteen years old. She lives somewhere in the United States of America. She knows who I am. She knows Harry Potter. But worse, she knows I don't know her name.
Tallya-Shane
He is hunting me. He gets closer and closer every day. I thought Headmaster Potter could help me, but he laughed said he had killed Voldemort, so I left before First year had even begun. Because of him I have no family, but I do have resources.
I moved to the US of A for a reason; freelance witchcraft and wizardry teachers. No school, no reason to stay in one place. I was looking for a new teacher when I found Rose, a seventeen-year-old ass kicker outside of Pocono, Pennsylvania. She was on a mission at the time but now has special leave to "protect a young girl from a stalker," but he isn't just a stalker, he is my parents killer, and if I didn't get Rose's help he would be mine.
I only have one problem with Rose. She doesn't believe in Witches or Wizards. She only believes in her kind; Vampires. That is what she thinks I am. Rose thinks I am a long lost Dragomir, a Spirit using Moroi, and one of two family members her best friend Lissa has left. The only reason she even got her extended leave considered was because of this explanation that didn't make any sense to me then, and still makes almost none now. If you think that is crazy, you should hear who she thinks my stalker is. I will get into that later. I know I should tell her the truth, but then she would have to leave and she is the only help I've got.
Right now, we are running, because right now I can tell Voldemort is getting closer and closer.
Rose
What the hell? I am running from a Strigoi I have never heard about with a Dragomir Spirit user I just met instead of guarding Lissa because I want to! I never thought the day would come that I would ever protect anyone but Lissa. But with Tallya, things just clicked. She needed me, and surprisingly I was willing to be taken away from Dimitri and Lissa.
I need to learn more about this little girl. She always gets so quiet when I bring up her powers. She must be keeping something a secret, and with Rose Hathaway NOTHING is a secret except your sex life.
List of things to do with Tallya:
1. Learn why she isn't in the Moroi records- she should be if she is a Dragomir
2. Teach her basic self-defense- always good for close encounters with an unkind person
3. Get her a silver stake to charm so she can un-turn her stalker-t he less Strigoi the better
4. Learn her secret- a Guardian can't guard if their Moroi has a secret weakness.
Not a lot to do, but a lot of work to do it. Maybe she will be able to throw a punch by next month.
