Stories such as these, are bought. Not at a flea market, mind you. No, stories as ancient and secret as these are bought at a very great price. Bought with life, some might say.

Hermione screamed and dropped onto the floor, shielding her face from the onslaught of wood and metal as The Doctor jumped back into his blue box in a futile attempt to protect himself.
“Come with me!” he yelled, extending his hand again. Hermione raised her head and looked at the Doctor, then, without waiting, Hermione took a hold of the Doctor's hand just as the last remains of her house fell to ash and soot. “And away we go!” the Doctor yelled, shutting the door to the blue box behind him. “You know, you have changed a lot since I last saw you. How well do you know me? Have we done the angels yet? Or how about the Daleks in Antarctica? Oh, that was fun! Or how about....” His voice trailed off when he saw Hermione standing at the door. Her eyes were staring at the inside of the blue box.
“How... How... How is that possible? I mean, it was a police box...” Hermione spluttered, running her fingers through her hair. “This... This is impossible.” Her eyes darted nervously though the interior of the box.
The Doctor took a deep breath and walked over towards Hermione. “You’re in the TARDIS. It stands for ‘Time And Relative Dimension In Space.’ It’s bigger on the inside,” the Doctor said, placing a hand on her shoulder.
“That’s impossible.” She breathed again, her eyes darting faster. “Why... Why the hell did my roof cave in?” she demanded, pointing back towards the door. The Doctor took a deep breath and pulled her into a hug.
“It’s another dimension.” He said.
“What?” Hermione asked, her voice muffled by The Doctor’s shoulders.
“The TARDIS, it’s another dimension, that’s how it’s bigger on the inside and your house collapsed because I may have just – accidentally – created a small, minor, large paradox. Again,” the Doctor said, correcting himself. Hermione pulled away and stared at the Doctor, curiosity and fear covering her face.
“So, how do you know me? I mean, I’ve never seen you before in my life,” Hermione said, her voice strong and steady.
“I’m a time traveller.” The Doctor sighed. “I know you from the future.” He took hold of Hermione’s hands and sat her down.
“I’m the Doctor. I travel through space and time and, once upon a time, in the future, you traveled with me.” Hitting her leg softly, the Doctor jumped to his feet and ran over to the TARDIS console. “So, now that we’ve got all of the boring, mushy, Sunday introductions out of the way, I don’t like Sundays, Saturdays are so much better—why don’t we do something... exciting?” he said, smiling. Hermione shook her head and followed the Doctor’s footsteps.
“I don’t know a single thing about you and you’re just asking me to run away with you,” Hermione said skeptically.
“I suppose so. Yes, I am,” the Doctor said matter-of-factly, pressing several buttons on the console. He didn’t look up as he said it but Hermione knew that he was replying. “And, I’ve told you everything you need to know,” he added, looking up. The Doctor momentarily stopped pressing buttons and faced Hermione again. “I am offering you all of time and space. I am offering you the entire world in a big blue box. So, Miss Granger, do you want to come with me?”
“But... but I don’t know you,” she stuttered.
“The job entails life threatening situations, lots and lots of traveling, a great deal of standing around looking impressed at me, *an awful lot of running to do* and I haven’t told you the best part yet. The best part is never knowing what is going to come next. When you travel with me you can see a million years in the span of a day. So, are you in?”
Hermione stared at The Doctor in shock. She had no idea who this man was, yet for some reason, she felt compelled to trust him. She felt as though she had known him her entire life. A smile spread across Hermione’s face and she nodded.
“Fantastic!” the Doctor exclaimed, pulling her into a hug. “Now, where do you want to go? Anywhere, I mean, we’ve got all of time and space. No, hold on, I need to make a stop off first,” the Doctor rambled, smiling at Hermione. “You may want to hold onto something,” he warned.
“I don’t need to hold onto anything.” Hermione said, rolling her eyes and folding her arms across her chest.
“Suit yourself,” the Doctor said, shrugging his shoulders. Running around the TARDIS console, he pressed buttons in a somewhat-reliable pattern.
Hermione opened her mouth to ask the Doctor where they were going but she was thrown onto the ground. The TARDIS rocked back and forth and side to side as it was thrown into the time vortex. Hermione let out a small scream and pulled out her wand; muttering a spell under her breath, Hermione waved her wand and the TARDIS stabilized itself.
“What did you do!” the Doctor exclaimed in accusation, standing to his feet.
Hermione shot the Doctor a sarcastic smile and twirled her wand between her fingers. “Oh, Doctor-from-the-future, didn’t future-me tell you? I’m a witch.”
“It’s boring now!” the Doctor said, dismissing Hermione’s last statement. Murmuring something under his breath, he walked to the TARDIS door and flung them open. “Come on!” he called from outside. Hermione shook at the Doctor’s stupidity and ran after him.
“Oh my god, we’ve moved,” Hermione exclaimed when she stepped outside. “How could we move? What is it, like a teleporter?”
“It’s a TARDIS!” the Doctor replied. “Now come on!”
“I’m coming, I’m coming. Um, Doctor?”
“That’s me!” he exclaimed, spinning around.
“If we’ve got all of time and space, then why did you take me to Cardiff?”

a.n: Well here is chapter two :) I'm not 100% sure about this chapter but I knew that I didn't want to have aliens and spaceships in chapter two, but there will be some coming. I promise :) Thank you to all of you who read my story, honestly I didn't expect anyone to read a doctor who and harry potter crossover (even though it's amazing) I guess there are more whovians out there than I know :)
Anyway, read and review! Chapter three should be up soon (After I get my muse back for this story; it seems to have hit a dead end)
