A/N: If anyone is still out there and still cares about this story then I am sorry that I disappeared. I went through many many changes but I am back! I hope someone is out there :3

The next day during potions Callista took her seat next to Blaise and waved to Fred and George like she always did at least as long as she’d been in their class.
“Thank you for hanging out with Callista the other night.” Fred said as they left class that afternoon.
“No problem.” George said. All he’d done since his night out with Callista was think about Callista. He’d never seen what all the fuss was before, now it was kind of late for him to get the point. Though he’d spent the few hours he had to close his eyes thinking of ways to apologize to her, she hadn’t mentioned it at all. In fact over the next few days he saw quite a bit of Callista. She would sit between him and Fred during meals, and she explained their potions homework to them after class. She would sit up with him late at night in front of the fire talking while she helped him with his homework from his other classes too. One day two weeks after their initial trip to the Mason estate she came up to him as he was sitting in the common room and said,
“Hey…um…there’s a big rainstorm coming up. You wanna ditch again and go to my house?” Callista asked with a sparkle in her eyes.
“You wanna fly to your house in the rain?” He asked trying to put her off of the idea.
“Yeah, we’ll do a charm to keep ourselves semi-dry. There’s a really cool waterfall on our property and if the sun comes out we’ll get to see the most beautiful rainbow. And we’ll get to swim.” He shrugged.
“We’ll take Marcus it’ll be awesome. Why don’t you wanna go?” She asked sensing his apprehension.
“Don’t you think you should take Fred?” He asked looking at the ceiling.
“Well, you’ve already been and Marcus likes you. I thought you liked it there.” Callista said dropping her head. She felt her excitement receding.
“I do like it there. I love it there.”
“Then it’s settled we’re going.” Callista said pleased again now that she was getting her way. She got up and went to do her homework. George could have kicked himself as he watched her go. He loved spending time with her, but he’d been seeing her as much as Fred lately. Fred dragged him along with them everywhere to avoid the sex thing. Going even further, he had George hang out with Callie when he couldn’t to keep her away from Malfoy. Malfoy is not who he should keep her away from. George thought bitterly. If his brother was clueless than Callie was brain-dead. She had made no mention of their kiss and even when he tried to avoid her she made a point to include him. Now they were going to be secluded at her house for Merlin knows how long. As badly as he wanted to go, he knew that he had to get her to take Fred.
Twenty four hours later George still had no way to get Callista to change her mind so he went to Rylan for help. He knocked on her door and heard sigh before she said,
“Come in.” She looked up and not having Callista’s ability to tell them apart she said, “Are you serious? Fred, Callie hasn’t been here and I don’t know where she is. I have a lot of papers to grade and I can’t deal with your pollination issues right now.”
“You might wish I was Sirius, but I’m not and I’m not Fred either.” George said.
“Oh, well forget what I said earlier, but your brother and Callie come by like every day with some new crisis. Haven’t seen them in awhile though so it’s probably about time for a new one. What can I do for, you George?”
“Well, it’s kind of about Callie. Will you still listen?”
“Of course.” I love Callie to death but if I hear her name out of the mouth of one more teenage boy I’m going to pull my hair out. She thought as she sat aside her papers and said, “How can I assist you?”
“Well, I kissed her a couple weeks ago, and she wants to hang out again this weekend and I don’t know how to get out of it.” He said.
“Did she think you were Fred?”
“No she can tell us apart quite well. Well the first time she did.” What in the hell goes on in that girl’s mind? Twisted much?
“Well?”
“Ok, it was sort of my fault. I kissed her she didn’t really kiss me you could say.”
“Does Fred know?” Rylan knew the answer before she asked.
“Am I alive?” George asked as if he was unsure. Rylan raised an eyebrow.
“Yea.”
“Then he doesn’t know.”
“Why is Callie taking you and not Fred?” She asked sensibly.
“She claims it’s because her horse likes me and I’ve already been once.” She is mental. Why do I feel like I’m going to have another talk with her? “What can I say to her?”
“Just be honest.” Rylan said shrugging with a smile. George looked deep in thought for a moment before a look of calm crossed his face.
“Ry, you’re a lifesaver.”
“Thanks.” She said slightly confused before sighing and returning to her papers. When the 5th years arrived Rylan went ahead and said,
“Callista, you know the drill.” Callista looked confused and said,
“Whatev.” At the end of class Rylan started by saying,
“Callista, what in the hell are you doing?”
“For once, I actually don’t know what you’re talking about.” Callista said her brow furrowing.
“Taking George home with you this weekend?”
“Yea I’d planned on it.”
“Um…Fred?”
“Yeah, well he’s never around and he’s not into nature, so I figured George would appreciate the sights better. Plus Marcus likes him and that horse hates everybody. That’s gotta be a good sign right?”
“Look there’s nothing wrong with being friends, but friends don’t kiss each other. That’s when things go up a level. How would you feel if you saw Fred kissing somebody?”
“I don’t know did I send the girl to impersonate me so I could avoid having sex with him?”
“Oh is that what happened? I love only hearing half of the story.”
“When did you find out it was George?”
“Uh would you like me to make myself look ideal? Or be honest and look like a creep?”
“Ok at the beginning then. So why did you let him kiss you?”
“I don’t know it just sort of happened. They kiss exactly the same but completely different it’s amazing.” Callista said.
“You should not know that.” Rylan said. “You know if I didn’t it’d go to hell in a hand basket I’d have the three of you in here to talk.” I’m calling Sirius if it goes that far. No I’ll call Jerry Springer this seems right up his alley. “Basically, here’s the deal. I need you to talk to Fred, and I mean as soon as you leave my office, and for once please be honest.”
“Are you mental? I can’t tell him I snogged his brother that will not go over well and I’m pretty sure that I’m already going to hell without being responsible for a murder.” Callista said. Rylan put her head down on the desk and said,
“You know what? Fuck it! Do what you want, that’s what you all do anyway. Just please for Fred’s sake for my sake, don’t kiss George again.”
“Don’t give up on me, Ry, I need you. You’re the only person I can talk to who doesn’t judge me.” Callista said with puppy dog eyes. I wonder why that is. Rylan thought sarcastically.
“I really don’t think there’s anything I can do for you other than hear out your sordid affairs.” Rylan said honestly.
“I don’t mean for this stuff to happen it just does.” Callista whined burying her face in her hands.
“I understand, however, it happens a lot doesn’t it?” Rylan asked.
“Ok, you’re right it does happen a lot. I have a guy problem I can’t concentrate on one for more than ten minutes and as soon as I’m into the next one I miss the old one. There’s something wrong with me and I can’t help it.”
“You know what the solution is?”
“Join a nunnery?” Callista asked.
“That’s not my solution. Talk to Fred, you don’t have to mention the kiss, but tell him you feel like you’re missing something.”
“Thanks, Ry; you’re the best you really are.” Callista said leaving Rylan’s office. I get to hear more confessionals than a Catholic Priest. Rylan thought as she returned to grading her papers.
Callista thought about what she wanted to say to Fred as she left Rylan’s office. She found him outside with George and Lee messing around with the giant squid.
“Hey Fred, can I talk to you…alone?” She asked. He looked at George slightly panicked. George just shrugged and he turned back to the squid. Fred followed Callista to toward the edge of the forbidden forest.
“What’s up, Callie?” Fred said leaning against a tree. He folded his arms which kept her at a distance. She sighed and said,
“I haven’t seen you in a few days outside potions.”
“You’ve seen George. It’s the same thing.” He replied dismissively.
“No, Fred, it’s not the same thing. Why are you avoiding me all the time? I just feel like something’s missing and it’s my fault.”
“I don’t know…I just always liked you and now that I’ve got you I don’t know what to do with you.”
“Now that you’ve got me? What did you think I was some sort of trophy? Now I’m just sitting on your shelf collecting dust. You don’t even polish me.” She said folding her arms now.
“It’s not like that, Callie. I just don’t know what to do with you. I get flustered when I see you and I just can’t relax.” He said finally.
“I’m still not picking up what you’re putting down. What about that night you almost took me in the common room?”
“I don’t know things were different then. I’m sorry I can’t explain myself better.”
“Well do you mind if I hang out with George this weekend?”
“Why would I?” This is just sad. Callista thought as she said, “You wouldn’t; I just thought I’d ask. She went to kiss him and he offered her his cheek. She paused a little sad at his rejection and kissed his cheek, and went back up to the castle.
