LUCIUS MALFOY KILLED BY ' THE BOY WHO LIVED'
Lucius Malfoy,one of the board members of the Ministry of Magic is killed by no other than the boy who survived in the clutches of He-Who-Must-Be-Named ,the auror Harry Potter.Draco Malfoy,Lucius Malfoy's son,testified that Potter is seen in the Drawing Room ,the office of Lucius Malfoy in their Manor where the crime happened.Potter is scheduled for an appointment to Mr.Malfoy for a Dark Arts questioning yesterday morning.After an hour,the whole Malfoy household heard Lucius Malfoy scream.Draco , his son , went quickly to the Drawing Room and saw Potter sporting a bloody head laid unconscious into the floor with his wand and Lucius Malfoy lying utterly still,his mouth hanging open,completely petrified and no longer breathing.The Ministry was called and they engaged Potter into questioning.Potter insisted that Pettigrew changed into a rat that is lurking beside Malfoy's table grabbed his wand and killed Malfoy by the "Avada Kedavra"curse aka as the 'Killing Curse' which the Ministry discovered when they performed the 'Prior Incantato' to Potter's wand or the 'Ghost of a Spell'.Potter said that Pettigrew knocked him into the wall then quickly changed into a rat then he remembered no more.The Ministry can't prove that Harry Potter is innocent because thare's no evidence that Peter Pettigrew really killed Lucius Malfoy and Harry Potter is the only company of Lucius in the Drawing Room.
"We can't really prove that Potter is innocent.There's no evidence!Although we badly wanted to believe him."said Cornelius Fudge,Minister of Magic.
We interviewed the victim's son and wife,Draco Malfoy and Narcissa Malfoy on their reaction to the incident.
"I can't believe that Lucius is dead!He's such a good man and such a good father to our son!"sobbed Narcissa Malfoy.
"Potter killed my father!He should be sent to Azkaban where the Dementors will kill him!I don't believe anything on what all Potter have said.He's such a liar."said Draco Malfoy,angrily.
Harry Potter is under the investigation of the Ministry and will be send to Azkaban,The Wizarding prison first thing tomorrow morning.~~dp
"You can't send me in here!Pettigrew killed Malfoy!Why doesn't everyone believe me?!"
"Please!Harry's innocent!"
Harry Potter is in the Azkaban along with Cornelius Fudge,the minister of Magic,Sirius Black,Harry Potter's GodFather and Albus Dumbledore the next morning.The Prison Keepers dragged Harry into his cell
"Dumbledore,help my son!He doesn't have anything to do with this!"cried Sirius looking at Harry helplessly.
"I'm trying,Sirius.They are not listening to me."said Dumbledore calmly.
"That Pettigrew!When I get my hands to him,I'm going to make it sure that he'll die!"spat Sirius.
"Dad!Professor Dumbledore!Help me!"shouted Harry wriggling into the clutches of the Prison Keepers.
The Prison Keepers shoved Harry inside a cell.Harry stumbled into the dark.he immediately got up and hold to the railings of the cell.He doesn't belong here.The cell is cold and damp.An old bunk bed stood at the right corner with a bedside table.Hard stone walls encircled the room with a constant dripping of water.The thought of staying here scared Harry.
"I'm sorry,son.The boardmembers wanted to believe you but there is no evidence."said Fudge sadly looking at Harry.
"The history's repeating itself!I don't want Harry to experience what I experience in this Hell!"shouted Sirius.He glared at Fudge who's avoiding to meet his gaze.
"Calm yourself,Sirius.Cornelius have done everything to prove that Harry's innocent."said Dumbledore laying a hand on Sirius' shoulder.
"I won't calm down when my son is inside that stinking cell paying for a crime that he never do!He's innocent!He's only 20 years old!"yelled Sirius.
Harry hold into the bars and stared at Sirius."It's okay,Dad.I'm going to be okay in here."
"No!I'm not going to leave you here!"he reached for Harry behind the bars and hugged him.Harry hugged him back,fighting back the tears that's welling in his eyes..He needed to look strong in Sirius eyes although he's feeling scared.
"Cornelius,do what you can.Harry's super sensitive into the Dementors.We all know the nightmares he experienced with Voldemort.."said Dumbledore.
"I know.I'll do anything,Albus.I know this boy is innocent.I'm going to tell my people to search for Pettigrew."said Fudge.
"Let's go,Sirius.."said Dumbledore.
"Let my son out in here!I don't want to leave him in here!He's innocent!"shouted Sirius still hugging Harry.
"Come on Sirius.Harry,we'll get you out of here as soon as possible..."said Dumbledore looking at Harry sadly.
"Let's go."said Fudge walking away.
Sirius broke from their embrace. "Harry,listen.I'll be back,Okay?Take care of yourself.I'll get you out of here.I'll track that stinking rat."
"Dad don't leave me in here!"cried Harry holding tightly to Sirius'hand.
"Come on,Sirius.."said Dumbledore.
"I'll be back,son.I'll be back."
"No!Dad,don't leave me in here!"cried Harry.The tears he's fighting back rolled into his cheeks.He hold into the railings helplessly shaking it.
"I'll be back,Harry.I'll get you out of hereI love You,son"said Sirius,squeezing Harry's hand for the last time.He turned his back and followed Dumbledore and Fudge outside.
"Dad!Don't leave me here!I didn't kill Malfoy!I didn't kill him!"yelled Harry.
The heavy metal door slammed as a response to Harry's cries.the sound echoed into Harry's ears.Harry realized that he's alone now,paying for the crime that he never do.He slumped into the cold floor of his cell and cried hoping that his dad will be back again to get him out in this living hell.Harry hugged his knees and cried,his sobs echoed into the night.
