A/N: I know, I know, it's been a while since my last post. My computer crashed a while back so I only get the computer every once in a blue moon! So, I'm sorry if future posts will take a while!
“What should I say?” I asked.
“Anything you want,” Fred said. “I suggest saying your name and why you’re looking for Harry,”
“Well, we have a huge announcement to make. Harry, where ever you are, listen up!” Fred said into his wand.
“There’s a girl here who’s looking for you,” George said into his.
I’m not really sure how this worked but Fred and George guaranteed that when I talked into my wand anyone listening to the radio show would hear.
“Um…Harry; my name is Freddie, Freddie Black. I’m Sirius’ daughter. I know that that seems impossible considering who Sirius was and how much of a player he was. But please believe me. I have things that I need to tell you about your parents. Things that only my mom and Sirius know!” I said with a pleading voice. “You have to believe me Harry!”
“Harry, where ever you…this girl, her story is true,” Fred said.
“Yeah,” George agreed. “So, please Harry we’re all counting on you! We believe in you Harry,”
The radio show ended and I sighed.
“You okay?” Fred and George asked at the same time.
“Yeah,” I said with a smile.
They both gave me concerned looks but returned the smile.
“I suggest we do something fun today,” Fred suggested.
“Sounds good,” I said.
“You still have to meet Lee—“George said.
“That’s right, you do,” Fred said.
“Who’s Lee…?” I asked.
“Lee Jordan is our best friend,” George said.
“He’s usually doing broadcasts with us but he had some family thing,” Fred said.
“We’re meeting him here later,” George said. “But we have an hour to kill,”
“To the ice cream shop!” Fred yelled. He stuck his arms out in front of him and ran into the shop. We were in the sacred back of the shop area.
I laughed. “Sometimes I wonder about him,” George said. “But then I remember I’m just like him!” George brought his arms up and ran into the shop.
I shook my head and walked to the front of the shop. Business was slow today. Considering all kids were at school; it didn’t really surprise me.
I grabbed my black jacket and pushed my arms through the sleeves. “I feel like I’ve seen that jacket before,” Fred said placing his hand on his chin in a pondering way.
“Yeah, I know what you mean,” George said mirroring Fred’s pose.
“Got it!” Fred yelled as he snapped his fingers. He ran into the backroom leaving me and George in the store front.
George was still staring at me in a pondering way. I looked at him confused but he just shrugged and waited for Fred.
Fred came back into the store with a picture in his hands. He held it out to me.
“We found it in Sirius’ room last year,” Fred said.
“We have no idea who the woman is,” George explained.
I slowly took the picture from Fred’s hand. In the picture were my dad and my mom. They were laughing and joking around.
I felt a warm tear trickled down my cheek. Dad was wearing the same leather jacket that I was.
“Do you know who she is?” George asked noticing my tear.
I nodded. “It’s my mom,” I said quietly. “This was their seventh year,”
“How do you know?” Fred asked.
“That scar,” I said pointing to a blurry line on my mom’s forearm. “She didn’t get that till the end of her seventh year. Peeves pushed her down the stairs.”
“Whoa!” Fred exclaimed. “He pushed her down the stairs?”
“It was an accident,” I said with a laugh. “He was waiting for her to fall into his trap on the stairs. When the staircase started moving Peeves tried to warn her so she wouldn’t get hurt. When he got close to her my mom freaked out and fell down the stairs.”
“So technically it was your mom’s fault,” George said.
“Yeah, but Peeves blames himself for it.” I said. “My dad used to joke around and say that Peeves had a crush on my mom.” We all laughed.
“Well, let’s go get some ice cream.” Fred said grabbing his torn up brown coat.
“Can I keep this,” I asked holding the picture up.
“Sure,” Fred and George said.
“Maybe when you find Harry he’ll take you to Grimwald Place.” George said.
“To see Sirius’ old room,” Fred finished. “You’re bound to find a lot more of those pictures there,”
“You deserve it, considering you’re Sirius’ daughter.” George said.
I laughed. George slipped his coat on and we followed Fred out of the shop.
Diagon Alley was quiet today. Only a few shoppers walked the cobble stone streets. The ice cream parlor wasn’t too far from the joke shop. We bought the ice cream and took a seat at a booth by a large window. I stared out of the window as I aimlessly ate the ice cream.
“So, Freddie,” Fred said as he scooted closer to me. I giggled quietly.
“Yes Fred,” I asked.
“Do you have any like awesome stories to tell us?” George asked.
I stared at them both. “Like what?”
“C’mon! You’re Sirius Black’s daughter!” Fred exclaimed.
“You have to have done some crazy stuff!” George finished.
I looked up at the ceiling; my black plastic spoon sticking out of my mouth. “I pranked the Headmaster in my second year.”
They gawked at me as their spoons fell from their hands.
“You pranked your Headmaster…”Fred began.
“When you were a second year?” George finished.
I nodded. “That’s what I said, yeah,”
They scooted away from me and began bowing. “We’re not worthy, we’re not worthy!” They chanted.
“You two are so weird!” I said.
“What exactly did you do?” Fred asked as he scooted back towards me.
“I made him unable to walk or for two days, dyed his hair pink, and made it so the only thing he could wear was a light pink fluffy bunny suit.”
They gawked at me. “A fluffy bunny suit?” They asked.
“Yep,” I said scooping some mint chocolate ice cream into my mouth.
“That’s amazing!” They praised. I laughed.
“To prank the Headmaster,” Fred said.
“Is like the biggest most amazing thing to do,” George finished.
“We have been known to prank teachers and stuff,” Fred began.
“But never the Headmaster,” George finished. “Dumbledore would probably laugh with us.”
“It’s no fun to prank someone unless you get detention for it,” Fred said with a laugh. I laughed.
George looked down at the watch around his wrist. “My, how the time flies when you’re having fun,”
Me and Fred laughed. “Lee is going to be at the shop soon,” George said.
“Well then, let’s sca-doodle.” I said.
“Sca-doodle?” They asked as they stared confused at me.
“Yes sca-doodle, now move,” I said pushing Fred’s back with my feet.
He finally moved and I managed to get out of the booth.
“So, off we go,” Fred said as we all left the ice cream shop and headed back to the joke shop.
Two people were standing in front of the shop. One was an older woman and the other was a guy around Fred and George’s age. Both had coco brown skin and dark hair.
“There’s Lee!” George exclaimed.
“Lee!” Fred yelled as he ran towards the two people.
“Fred!” The coco skinned guy yelled as he to began running towards Fred.
They both embraced in a hug and Fred picked up Lee and spun him around. I laughed with George as we walked towards the two goofballs. When we reached them, Lee turned towards me.
“Hi,” Lee said. “I’m Lee Jordan,”
“Freddie Black,” I said shaking hands with him.
“Are you really Sirius’ daughter?” Lee asked. I nodded. “You do have his eyes,”
“Bye Lee,” The dark skinned woman said as she hugged Lee.
“Bye mum,” With a pop she was gone.
“So, off to the Burrow,” George said rubbing his hands together. “There’s a big meeting with the Order and we’re actually invited!” Fred and Lee laughed.
I had heard stories about the Order of the Phoenix. Both my mom and dad were in it before—
“C’mon Freddie,” George called.
We all mounted our brooms and shot off into the air. The Burrow came into view just minutes later.
“What’s the meeting about?” I asked Fred who was flying next to me.
“Messages from Hogwarts,” Fred said. “We’re gonna infiltrate Hogwarts,”
“Quiet down,” George said. “You never know who’s listening.”
We stopped talking and flew quicker to the Burrow.
“Mum! We’re home!” Fred and George yelled as we entered the kitchen.
“C’mon! The meeting’s already started!” Molly yelled from the den.
All four of us walked through the kitchen to the den.
“Neville has sent us more messages,” Someone said. “If there’s any time to infiltrate Hogwarts, it’s now!”
“But how Kingsley?” Molly asked.
“Neville has thought of that,” Tonks said. “We apparate to the Hog’s Head and the barkeep will take us from there.”
I watched all the members talk and argue about whether they can trust this Neville.
“Your parents would’ve been the first ones to be agree to fight,” Lupin said as he walked over to me.
“Hm?” I asked. “My mom used to tell me things about the Order,”
“Anything exciting?” Lupin asked.
“Not really,” I said. Lupin laughed He wrapped his arms around me in a hug. “It’s good to see you again.”
“You saw me yesterday,” I said with a smirk.
Lupin smirked and shook his head. “Sometimes I forget that you’re not Tori,” He said. “It’s like seeing her but then realizing it isn’t her. Seeing you is a constant reminder that she’s gone.”
“Gee thanks,” I said with a roll of my eyes. He chuckled.
‘Who’s that there Remus?” Some people asked.
“Is that…?” They began. “Tori?”
“No everyone, this is Freddie, Freddie Black.” Remus said. “She was just a little tyke the last time some of us saw her.”
“Look at her; just like her mother,” Some said. “Got Sirius’ eyes though.”
“Will you be fighting with us?” The tall dark skinned man asked. His gold earring sparkled.
“She’s only 17 Kingsley!” Molly argued.
“We have younger fighting,” Kingsley said eyeing a red haired girl sitting in the corner. She shared a striking resemblance to Molly.
“So, will you?” Kingsley asked.
