last time:
"Miss Potter, you will be watched by Miss Granger 24 hours a day, so you won't try anything. As punishment you will help with the reperations of the castle.
....
"How dare you comeback?!"
... Mom really loves him I always said they were made for eachother.
...
----------------------------------------------------------
The door opened and a bundle of light fell into the room.
Lily could hear footsteps and heard someone closing the door.
“Hermoine are you awake?”
Lily’s eyes jumpend open she knew this voice.
“Ginny, what are you doing here?” Hermoine wisphered.
“ I need to talk with you about the girl.” Ginny said.
“Ginny give her a chance she knows better now, I promise she wont do anything stupid.”
“Really Hermoine, how can you forgive her after what she did?” Ginny’s voice rising a bit.
“ I know why she did it and that is enough, Ginny.”
Lily mentally thanked her aunt for defending her, but sooner or later the questions would be to difficult, so she decided to end it now.
Silently taking her wand and waving with it, a shadow like a patronus only with colours appeared behind her mom.
“Ginny.” the shadow said.
Ginny turned and saw a shadow of a woman not older than Ginny herself with long brown hair and brown eyes standing before her.
“who are you?” Ginny asked.
“You will see when the time is there.” the Lily-shadow spoke.
Ginny nodded startled.
“Ginny,” the shadow spoke again. “please trust this girl, you will find yourself hurt if you don’t.”
“But how can I trust her?” Ginny asked.
“Trust doesn’t comes one way, if you trust her she will trust you. As you learn to see trough her mask you will find someone familliar to you, just try and then she will to.”
Ginny nodded again.
The shadow vanished.
“Wait who are you?” Ginny said to the place where the shadow once was.
“ We will meet again in the future.” the shadows voice echoing towards Ginny.
Lily laid her wand back and pretended to be sleep.
“Hermoine what was that?” Ginny asked
“I have no idea, Ginny.” Hermoine answered, Lily could feel Hermoine’s eyes on her back.
Lily heard Ginny leaving the room again and Hermoine crawling back into her bed.
“Lily wake -up.” a soft voice said.
“ Oh, mom only a couple of minutes.” Lily said as she turned her back to the voice.
“Lily wake-up, today you need to be ready we’re cleaning up the castle and you should be helping remember?” Hermoine said.
Lily opened her eyes “Ofcourse, how could I forget aunt.”
Lily sighed, she didn’t want to go down and have all those eyes on her.
She got dressed and togheter with Hermoine they went downstairs for breakfast.
When they entered the great hall, they saw that even this wasn’t cleaned or repaired, it was a weird sight to see so wonderful and tasty food in such a dirty room.
They sat at the table of gryffindor as first.
Lily had just started to prepare a sandwich when the Weasleys and Harry entered, she looked at her plate.
“ It will be all right” Hermoine said before greeding the Weasley family.
Ron sat across Hermoine and Harry sat beside her, Ginny suprisinly sat across Lily.
“ Can you give me the juice jug please Rose?” Ginny said.
Lily looked up, the shade had worked better than she had tought, she reached for the juice jug and gave it to her mom.
Ginny gave her a smile, it wasn’t as big as she was used to but it was a start, she returned the smile.
Ron who sat beside Ginny gave the two girls a strange look and a look with anger to Lily.
She looked at her plate again and realised she wasn’t hungry anymore.
Lily looked at Hermoine who was still eating and talking with Harry.
She looked to the ceiling it was blue, the blue of a sunny day.
“ Today the rebuilding of Hogwarts will start, I want to thank you al for helping us. The main problem is the great hall after this the stairs and classes.” Mcgonagalls voice said.
Every head in the hall turned to her voice.
Lily needed to repress a snort, ofcourse the classes needed to be fixed.
“Are you ready Rose?” Hermoine asked.
Lily nodded: “start the cleaning.” she said her voice driping with saracasm.
After everyone had finished their meals professor Mcgonagall let the tables disapear, giving them the signal they could start.
Lily isolated herself, when she was in one of the area’s with a lot of broken glass and wood, she concentrated.
Pointing her wand before her she said “Reparo maxium” ,a sandy stream went over al the things she pointed to.
Within less than a minute she had repaired a piece of the wall with windows and even the banners.
She lowered her wand again taking a deep breath and turning to see George standing there.
“How did you do that?” he asked “With only one spell.” he looked suprised and she blushed.
Lily looked at him , she could still see the anger and sadness in his eyes, she understood, he had lost family and she almost taking another friend away was to much, but if he wanted to know she would tell him.
“I used the spell ‘reparo maxium’ it works faster.” she answered.
He looked at her and then turned to an area where it was a mess aswell.
“Reparo maxium” he yeld, but it didn’t do as much as the cleaning she had done.
Lily walked to him “Maybe less schouting and more waving with your wand that helps. It helps with non-verbal spells to, like this.”
She turned to another area and while waving her wand she tought very hard at the spell, it worked and the place was clean and repaired.
George looked at her with a look of disbelief on his face but then he walked on and when she looked after him, she saw him doing the spell another time.
Better this time, not perfect but for this kind of spells you needed practice.
She did a couple area’s with her back to the rest of the people so she could concentrate more.
When Lily turned around everyone was watching her, what did she do wrong?
Hermoine took a step forward “Where did you learn that spell?” Hermoine asked.
Appearently George had told them wich spell she used.
Lily was stunned “euh… from a book I think.”
From where else she tought.
“But Rose there is no such spell” Hermoine said “when did you first think of it?”
“Euh…” Lily was even more astonished now the spell didn’t exist? “I needed to repair something and the spell just came up in me so I tought I had it out a book.”
“Oh, okay you’re sure?” Hermoine asked.
Lily nodded.
“It’s a great help Rose, you are much faster than any of us, how does the spell work?” Hermoine asked smiling.
Lily returned the smile and walked to her ignoring everyone watching her as if she could attack any moment, but when she stood next to her aunt her mother joined as well, as if Ginny gave the example everyone now listened and looked at Lily.
“You say the words: ’Reparo maxium’ and focus on the things you want to repair. It’s just as the normal ‘Reparo’ only bigger” she demostrated it once more and soon everyone used the spell.
The great hall was repaired in no time, they had done everything.
Every painting and banner was back in his place.
When she looked around she saw how many people had actually used her spell, the most looked annoyed they had learned from Lily.
She spotted Harry and Mcgonagall talking and sometimes shooting a glare at her.
In Hermoine’s eyes was recognition, it was also in George’s eyes but he was confused from where the feeling came.
They replaced the tables just in time for the dinner so they could eat.
Lily was feeling more comfortable now but she still didn’t talk with anyone beside Hermoine and Ginny.
It was a pity that Ginny wasn’t open to her but then what did you except.
Every time one of them said something against Lily they received glances from the rest of the table and Lily couldn’t bother but care.
After diner they went to work on the stairs.
Lily, Harry and professor Mcgonagall did the biggest parts because they had the most powerful spells, while the others worked on the paintings, the doors and smaller parts.
More than once she caught someone glaring at her, wondering why she worked on.
“Miss Clearwater?” Mcgonagall said.
Lily turned around.
“Yes professor?” she answered
“I want you and Potter to work on that wall there togheter, it is very big, to big to put in alone, so can you to please? The others will work on the windows in that part after Potter and Clearwater finished. ” the last sentence was directed towards everyone.
Lily didn’t have much choice after sighing she gave in.
Harry looked like he was going to protest but after a look from Ginny and Hermoine he walked to Lily.
Both focused on the broken pieces wall infront of them and said the spell at the same time “Reparo maxium”.
She closed her eyes.
Lily felt the wall was to heavy so she decided to make a spin and followed with her wand.
When she had turned around she pointed her wand up and when she opend her eyes the wall was repaired, some of the windows too but they had still some scratches on it.
She looked to the crowd behind her again, they al had a weird look on their faces looking at her and Harry.
“What?” both Lily and her dad asked at the same time.
“euh… you two made the same movement at the same time as if it was planned between the two of you.” Ron said.
“Yeah, even the looks on your faces were the same if I didn’t knew better I would say you were related.” Ginny went on.
Lily and Harry blushed, Lily only ten times harder than Harry.
No way, oh why does this always happen, if she can see it I’m doomed!
“Oh come guys, if she would have green eyes and black hair maybe but look at them as different as ghost and Infiri.
They were making the same movement because they are both a great wizard and witch they used the movement to increase their power.” Hermoine said.
Thank you aunt Hermoine! Lily tought thankfully
With the part that Lily was a great witch some people snorted.
“Let’s call it of for today and work further tomorrow.” Bill said cutting the trough the tension.
Mcgonagall nodded and everyone walked away.
Lily remained togheter with Hermoine.
“Thanks aunt, what should I have done without you?” Lily said.
“Probaly not much, but hey what else do you got family for.” Hermoine joked giving Lily a smile.
“Yeah, from all my family members walking around here there is only who know she is my family, that’s fun, really.” Lily said ironic.
“Oh Lily,” Hermoine said putting an arm around her and offering a smile“ everything will come all right, even Ginny saw that you and Harry are related.”
Lily returned a weak smile “It’s hard aunt, to see everyone looking at me that way while in the future they all love me.”
“I know, but you need to see it from their point, you tried to kill someone who had saved them all, someone they love. They don’t understand and they don’t know you, you could be a danger for them.” Hermoine replied.
“I understand aunt really, but it still hurts.” Lily admitted looking in Hermoine’s eyes.
“why don’t we look into the books before dinner maybe we will find something helpful.” Hermoine asked.
“I need to do something first aunt, will you come with me or do you trust me enough to let me go alone?” Lily said.
“Just go before I can change my mind.” Hermoine said.
Lily gave her aunt a quick hug and ran away.
