She had a mischievous grin on her face. One that said she had just done something she wasn’t supposed to.
She started to spin as snow stuck to her long red hair.
She was getting dizzier and dizzier. She stopped spinning her mischievous smile still on her face. She giggled madly as she fought to stay on her feet.
She slipped on a piece of ice and fell backwards.
At first she was shocked and then she burst out laughing.
“Are you ok?” she heard someone ask her.
She stopped giggling and looked up.
She saw a boy with messy black hair and hazel eyes.
“I’m fine.” She replied smiling.
The boy cocked his head to the side as she started giggling like mad again.
She caught his confused look and said “I just played a prank on my daddy.” She started giggling again.
“What did you do?” He asked curiously.
She burst out laughing and when she finally calmed down she replied. “I put some stuff that makes you all itchy on all his clothes. But that’s not all. I put carmel in a bucket and put it on top of his door. When the bucket falls it’ll pull a string. The string will make confetti explode in his face.”
“Wow. That’s amazing but won’t you get in trouble.” He asked.
“Yup.” She said as her eyes light up with excitement. “I like to get in trouble. I’m always in trouble.”
"That’s amazing. I wish I could pull a prank like that.” He said looking at her with admiration.
“You can.” She replied.
“I can?” he said a little confused.
“Of course. All you have to do is be silly and be yourself. Ideas will come to you. Don’t think about getting in trouble. Just do it. And be proud of it. Don’t hide it.” She replied encouragingly.
“You really think I can do it.” He asked unsure.
“Absolutely. Just go for it.” She said flopping backwards into the snow. She was giggling madly again.
“I will.” The boy replied flopping down next to her.
“LILLIAN MARIE GET OVER HERE NOW!” yelled a man a few houses down.
He poked his head out the door.
“LILLIAN.” He yelled again.
The kids burst out laughing when they saw him. He was covered in caramel and bright-multicolored confetti.
The girl stood up and skipped over to her father.
“Yes daddy.” She said as she smiled innocently.
He burst out laughing at her smile. He could never stay mad at her. She always looked so innocent even when you knew she was guilty.
She couldn’t hold it in any longer, she burst out laughing.
“Did you play another prank on me?” he asked smiling.
She smiled innocently then said “maybe.” As she rocked back and forth holding in giggles that threatened to escape her lips.
He smiled “you better get inside before you get sick.” He said.
”Ok.” She replied. “Bye.” She yelled waving to the boy who was still looking at her laughing.
“Bye.” He replied waving.
He turned around and walked to his house that was a block away.
That night he took her advice and caused as much trouble as he could.
He loved it and decided if he ever saw that girl again he would be sure to thank her for helping him get started on hid pranking career.
