Epilogue
Ginny and Harry had arrived back home. They were happy to be back, but sad all the same. Harry went to the lake and just thought about his parents. He was able to tell each of them how he loved them, and he did. Ginny allowed Harry to be alone, he had just lost his parents for a second time practically.
Yet, Harry knew he could not mope around forever. He had a life to live, a destiny to overcome. He had been given the chance of a life time to just get to know his parents, even if they were his age at the time.
Of course, when Harry, Ron, and Hermione graduated from Hogwarts, Harry became and Auror. He moved into Godric’s Hollow with Hermione and Ron and waited for Ginny to graduate, too. After she was employed she moved in with Harry. Hermione and Ron were married two years later(2000) and were very happy.
Harry proposed to Ginny in 1999 right before he left to the final battle against Voldemort. Ginny accepted and Harry murdered Voldemort, getting his revenge on his parents. He also killed many Death Eaters, Bellatrix Lestrange included. When Harry returned to Ginny, they married two months later. They had four kids. Three boys and a girl. The oldest was Remus. Then there were twins, James and Lily, and finally the youngest, Sirius.
Hermione and Ron had only one kid. They named her Samantha. Hermione and Ron were together for only ten years. Ron was in a accident with Harry while catching some left over Death Eaters. Sadly, Harry was only badly injured, but Ron did not make it. Harry was distraught and quit his career as an Auror from the fear of having the same fate and leaving Ginny behind as Ron unintentionally did to Hermione. Instead, Harry was hired the position for Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. Harry was grateful because he could see more of his kids and work along side Ginny, the charms teacher.
Harry was able to watch his kids grow and was with Ginny all the way. He never forgot what his parents were like as kids, or how he helped get them together and he missed them more so then he did when he did not know them. Back in their time, James and Lily always had that faint memory of Harry in their minds. When he was born, they knew that this was the son they somehow met and loved as an older son.
Both time periods were changed. Harry knew what it was like to love a mother and father, and James and Lily were in love. It was strange how only time can tell what happens. How it never stops. Sometimes those you love are lost in your past never to love or laugh again. Others are new to the world, ready for a life of their own.
Only time can tell fate. Only time keeps moving forever. Only Time.
