12/30/08 - Revised.
Hermione was with Harry, Ron and Ginny all day during their trip to Hogsmeade. They had already gotten extra quills and parchment for classes, so they headed to the Three Broomsticks. Harry and Ron were too busy in their Quidditch discussion about how to beat Slytherin in their upcoming game that they didn't hear anything Hermione and Ginny were saying.
"So...how's lover boy?" Ginny always referred to Draco as 'lover boy' instead of Malfoy just incase anyone was listening to their conversation.
"You just saw me yesterday with him, how much could change, honestly."
"Oh come on, I bet you spent another night with him." Ginny always wanted to hear the details of her friend's 'experiences.'
"Nothing happened. We stayed in his room for once though, but we just slept, not even any kissing, so don't ask for details." Hermione couldn't help but smile.
"So, what about how he looks under that unflattering robe?"
"Ginny!" Ron and Harry looked up to see what Hermione was yelling about, but soon went back to their talk of how Harry can knock Malfoy off his broom.
"What? He is attractive, and just because I hate him doesn't mean I can't stare sometimes." Ginny winked at Hermione.
"Well, I've only seen him without a shirt on, but that's because he struts around with only pants on in the dorm."
"Hermione, seriously, I know there is something else." Ginny was leaning in closer so Hermione could whisper to her. Hermione told Ginny all about Draco's ‘control issues’ along with what happened the first morning they spent the night together.
By time Hermione was done filling Ginny in on all the details she wanted, Ginny's eyes were the size of dinner plates and her mouth was dangling open.
"Wow, he must really like you or something, or he just can't keep his mind out of the gutter."
"What do you mean, ‘he must really like you’?”
"Look, if he gets so excited that quickly when you aren't even conscious, he must like you." Hermione started smiling to herself hoping Ginny was right.
"Hermione, why are you smiling so much?" Ron noticed how happy Hermione looked all of a sudden.
"Hermione has a secret!" Ginny said in a singing voice.
"What's the secret?" Harry and Ron seemed very interested in the new subject.
"Oh you know, just shagging Malfoy by night." Hermione said sarcastically.
"That's not that good of a joke Herms." Ron said looking at Hermione with a curious glint in his eyes.
"Ron, she was just kidding, you do know what sarcasm is, don't you?" Ginny said raising an eyebrow.
The four finished their drinks talking about the new Professor for their Defense Against the Darks Arts classes. Hermione didn't say anything because she knew she would either cry, or get angry. Either way, something would slip and she didn't know how to explain to her friends what was going on.
"Hey, I'm going to look for a new book or something, I'll meet up with you back at Hogwarts okay? Come to my Common Room." Hermione was looking at her watch and realized she planned to meet Draco at the bookstore.
"Alright, we'll be there before dinner and then we can walk down together." Harry was eager to check out the Heads Tower since he wasn't made Head Boy. Hermione hugged her three friends and jogged down Diagon Alley to the bookstore.
Hermione walked to the very back of the bookstore and started aimlessly looking through the shelves. She decided to waste some time by looking for a book called "The Lovely Bones" by a muggle woman named Alice Sebold. She had read that book the summer before sixth year. She wanted to maybe buy it and read it again, since in a way, it oddly related to her life. The main character Susie was brutally killed and ripped from her old life from a horribly twisted man. Like Susie, Hermione was also torn from her beloved life and turned into a monster.
"Susie got off lucky..." Hermione whispered to herself as she pulled the book off the shelf and laid her hand on the cover.
"I think you’re the lucky one." A pair of strong arms wrapped around Hermione's waist and pulled her into their chest. Hermione smiled and turned around to see who it was. Her smile was immediately wiped off her face and she dropped the book she was holding. It wasn’t Draco that was holding her.
"Nice to see you too, Mudblood." Hermione looked up to see a pair of dark brown eyes and messy black hair that fell over them. She was pressed against a very strong and muscular chest.
"Zabini..." it took Hermione a minute to realize he had her in a painfully tight grip. "Let me go!" Hermione was squirming trying to get away but every time she moved he just squeezed harder until she started feeling dizzy. Soon Hermione was engulfed in darkness and heard a loud cracking sound and realized Blaise let her go and her head had cracked against the floor.
"By the way, Pansy says hello."
Draco was in the Three Broomsticks talking with Crabe, Goyle, Pansy and Blaise when he saw Hermione walk in. After a couple minutes he noticed Hermione laughing with Ginny and the Weasel and Potty not even paying attention to them. 'Hermione better not be talking about me... Oh god, she told Ginny about me, just look at that face the Weaselette is making...' Draco slammed his head down on the table causing Goyle's butterbeer to spill right on Draco's lap.
"Oh that's just bloody brilliant!" Draco was trying to dry him self off but he didn't bring his wand today. "Shit, I'll be back."
When Draco got back to his table only Crabe and Goyle were there.
"Where'd Zabini and Parkinson go?"
"Not sure." Crabe was messing with the ice in his fire whiskey.
"He and Pansy went to the bookstore for some reason." Goyle added.
"Bookstore, what the hell are those idiots doing in a bookstore?" Draco left some sickles with the other two and left to go to the Quidditch shop. 'I'll just wait until I see them leave, if Hermione is in there, they can't see me there too.'
Draco was flipping through a play book written by the coach of the Chuddley Cannons when he saw Pansy leave the bookstore. But Blaise never came out with her. A couple minutes later he saw Hermione walking down Diagon Alley and towards the store. He decided to wait a couple more minutes until he went in too.
"With these new plans, Slytherin is going to wipe the floor with those bloody Gryffindors and their precious Potter." Draco paid for the book he was looking at and left for the bookstore.
"Drakie!" Before Draco could even get a hand on the handle of the bookstore's door, Pansy had found him and he was forced to turn around and not go in.
"What Parkinson?" He tried sounding as annoyed as possible so maybe she would get the hint to leave him alone.
"Come on let's go back to the Three Broomsticks, I'm sure Blaise is there already."
"Get off my arm Parkinson! I was just there and you two left, so too damn bad if you want to go back, I've wasted enough of my time there for one day." Draco was trying to reach for the handle again but Pansy kept grabbing onto his robes and pulling him back.
"Bloody hell, Parkinson, just go back to the god damn Three Broomsticks! I'll be back there in a couple minutes! Just let me get a bloody book!" Draco ripped from her grasped and stormed into the bookstore and started looking for Hermione immediately.
Draco heard a thud in the back of the store that sounded like a book dropping. He ignored it until he heard a loud cracking sound in the same spot. He looked around the bookcase he was standing by and saw a little bit of brown hair laying on the floor and realized it was Hermione. Draco ran around to the isle she was in and saw Blaise picking her back up bridal style and sneering at Draco's shocked appearance.
"See ya 'round Draco, buddy." And Draco heard a loud pop and they both were gone.
Hermione woke up in a bed that felt familiar. She tried to sit up but when she did a bolt of pain shot to her head and she screamed in agony. Hermione tilted her head as far to the right as she could and noticed she was in her own room.
"Thank Merlin, I'm back in Hogwarts." Hermione let herself relax in the pillows but felt a sting in her wrists, but saw nothing. She tried moving them, but only more pain was caused by her struggling.
"It's a bondage spell, Granger. I thought the know-it-all Gryffindor would know that." Blaise appeared out of the dark corner of her room by the door. Hermione started screaming for anybody that might hear. "Oh come on, do you think I'm a complete idiot? I put a silencing spell on this entire room. So, what are your options now mudblood? I would say pretty much nothing. Now where's your hero Granger?" Blaise had a disgusting smile on his face as he spoke.
Draco was pounding feverishly on the painting of the Fat Lady.
"Somebody please! Come out before he rips my canvas!" The Fat Lady was just as desperate for someone to come out as Draco was. He was going mad trying to find Hermione. He had checked the Head Dorms, the Slytherin Dorm, the Great Hall, even the Hospital Wing, but she was nowhere to be found. He heard footsteps running toward the portrait hole and heard Ginny Weasley calling for him to calm down. Draco backed up from the portrait as it swung open. Not only was Ginny there, but Harry and Ron too.
"Malfoy! What are you doing here!?!" Ron was already red.
"Hermione! Trouble! Blaise took her! You have to help me!!!" Draco was so frantic that he didn't care they knew about him and Hermione.
"What the bloody hell are you talking about? What did you do with her, Malfoy!?" Harry was ready to kill Draco on the spot.
"I didn't do anything! We were supposed to meet to uh, plan the um, next Prefect meeting when I saw Blaise holding her unconscious body and then he apparated to somewhere and I can't find her."
"Oh no, the Head Dorms." Ginny was just staring at Draco with no emotion in her expression.
"What are you talking about? No I was there when I got here! Nobody was there!"
"Draco, don't you think it's possible you got here before them? You can't apparate into the school, only to the outside. You might have ran faster than Blaise since you wouldn't have been carry Hermione."
Before Draco even responded Harry and Ron were bolting to the Head Dormitories.
"Wait! You don't know the password!" Draco and Ginny ran as fast as they could to catch Harry and Ron. "Ginny, go to Dumbledore! Get him, quick!" Ginny nodded and took a right down the corridor they ran past.
Draco thought about what could be happening to Hermione and suddenly ran faster than ever. He even passed Harry and Ron who had gotten a head start. When he saw the portrait he shouted the password and saw the portrait swing open. Once it was fully open he was already there and he just ran straight in. Ron and Harry weren't far behind though; they were able to get in before the portrait shut all the way.
Draco skid to a stop before Hermione's now closed door. He tried opening it and began kicking the hell out of it but it never even budged. Draco was shouting so many curses that he didn't notice Harry and Ron running up the stairs. Harry pulled out his wand and yelled "Alohamora!" He then tried to open the door, but it was still locked.
Hermione could hear all the pounding and spells that were hitting the door, but it never opened.
"Seems like your friends found you." by now Blaise had stripped Hermione of her shirt, shoes, pants and socks. The only thing that remained was her matching red laced bra and underwear. Hermione was petrified to become a vampire because of the consequences that could occur. She knew someone would save her, but she quickly doubted her chances.
Blaise was pacing the room not taking his eyes off of Hermione's exposed figure.
"Pansy never told me how perfect your body was, too bad I have to do this, and you had some potential you know."
"Pansy." Hermione was finding it extremely hard to control all her anger once she heard that name. All the pounding on the door had stopped and Hermione realized they gave up on saving her. "Guess the hero won't be coming for you this time. Pity really." Blaise started taking off his shirt slowly and throwing it to the door. After a little bit a time he began working on his buckle.
Draco couldn't take Boy Wonder's failure at opening the door so he ran down the stairs to his own room.
"Where do you think he's going?" Ron and Harry ran after him but before they reached his room he was running out towards the window in the Common Room. He grabbed a chair and threw it through the window shattering it to little shards.
"Bloody hell Draco!" Ginny yelled from behind them.
"Where’s Dumbledore?!" Draco yelled.
"Not in the school! Nobody knows where the bloody hell he went!"
"Whatever, that old fool won't be able to help us until its too late now." Draco mounted his broom that he had grabbed from his room and kicked off flying though the now shattered window.
Blaise was down to his boxers now and heading towards Hermione's squirming body.
"Maybe you'll enjoy this as much as I know I will." He crawled on top of her body and began kissing up her abdomen starting from the trim in her underwear to the bottom of her bra. Hermione screamed out of pure hatred and her fangs sprang from the roof of her mouth. Before Hermione could try and break free from the invisible binds that held her to the bed, there was a loud crash. Draco came tumbling from the broken window and into her room. Blaise jumped up from on top of Hermione.
"Looks like you didn't secure the windows Zabini." Blaise started to run from the room but Draco already had his wand out. "Impedimenta!" Draco shouted the spell at Blaise to slow him down. "Petrificus Totalus!" Draco froze Blaise to where he was standing. He was just getting started with the curses. "Furnunculus!" Already Blaise was immobilized with boils all over his body. "Cru-"
"Draco, stop!" Hermione couldn't let him cast that spell on Blaise.
"Finite Incantatem." Draco mumbled over Hermione to get rid of the bondage spell Blaise had put on her. "Hermione, I'm so sorry. I should have been there to stop him."
"Draco, it's okay, you didn't know. I don't blame you for anything." She crawled over to where Draco was sitting and wrapped her arms around him.
"Hermione, I think I-"
"Hermione! You're alright!" Ginny came busting into the room with Harry and Ron but almost feel over Blaise's completely tortured body. Harry and Ron couldn't stop staring at Hermione's exposed body, but quickly looked away because of the death glare Draco shot them.
"If he would do something like that to his friend, then what do you think he would do to us?" Ron whispered into Harry's ear as they both slipped out of the room.
"Ginny, could you please?" Hermione said trying to sound nice. "And throw me my clothes. We have to get Blaise to the Hospital Wing or something." Ginny tossed Hermione her clothes and levitated Blaise out of the Head Dorms to the Hospital Wing with Harry and Ron at her side. "So what were you saying before Gin busted in here?"
"Hermione, are you sure you're okay? I mean, you're acting like nothing happened. You were almost..."
"Draco I'm fine, let it alone." Hermione walked out of the room without even looking at Draco and decided to visit the House Elves in the Kitchens to see if they could whip up some nice hot chocolate for her.
