On with the story:

Pondering and Laughter

Draco sat on the couch wandering what he had just done. WHY did he do it? She’s a muggle for Christ’s sake! He can’t start to like a muggle. She’s a……………..a…………a muggle! Worse than a muggleborn! But he still didn’t know why he did it.

Was it because she looked so peaceful there in his arms? Was it because it was the perfect moment? Ugh, stop thinking about her Draco! You hardly even spoke to her, and you kiss her. He shook his head.

Meanwhile Brandi was in the kitchen pondering over what just happened. Why had he kissed her? It was so unexpected! Oh, but he looked so hott with his platinum hair sprawled over his handsome face. Those cold silver-gray eyes. She sighed dreamily. And he………kissed her. And at the most romantic time. It was like a scene out of a romance flick.

She cleaned up the spilled lemonade and walked slowly to the living room. She sat on the couch and stared at the TV. Draco looked at her. He continued to stare until they both heard the doorknob turn and in walked Harry, Hermione and Ron with his arm draped over Kristina.

Brandi raised her eyebrows at her sister but Kristina chose to ignore her. Hermione handed Brandi the bag. Brandi said her thanks and went to go put up the food then came back.

“I wonder what Draco and Brandi did while we were gone.” Harry asked Hermione quietly.

“Probably just watched TV.” Hermione shrugged.

Brandi got up and went to her room and then came back out with a book in her hand. She sat down in her spot and started to read. Oh no, Draco thought, don’t tell me she’s another Granger! Draco saw Kristina scowl at her sister.

Draco continued to stare at her. He could tell when there were certain parts of the story because Brandi went from happy, to scared, to forlorn and then back to happy. Draco realized he was thinking about her again and turned his, head mentally slapping himself.

Kristina looked around. She stood up. “That’s it! I can’t take the silence anymore! Someone better talk!.” She looked around at the faces staring at her. “NOW!”

“Shush, T.” Brandi said keeping her eyes on her book.

“Stop calling me that!”

Brandi smiled evilly still looking at her book. Boy, Draco thought amazed, when Brandi looked evil, she looked real evil! He was almost scared.

“Calm down, T. It’s only a nickname.” She put her book down.

Kristina let out a huff of frustration. Brandi looked at her sister and started to giggle. Kristina looked back at her and also started to giggle. Soon they were both in fits of laughter. Hermione, Harry and Ron joined in except Draco.

Draco could only roll his eyes. Brandi saw him and realized she was starting to see the real Draco.

Yeah, yeah. I know this chapter was short. Oh and if you all think Brandi is just some innocent girl, well you thought wrong. She’s just a bit shy, but later on in the story, you all will get to know her better. This story might not turn out the way ya’ll think. Can you all tell me what you think is going to happen?
