Oh my goodness, this is one of the best stories I've ever read, it's so amazing! I'm in tears right now, crying my eyes out, this story is so touching. Really good idea about Snape going to Dumbledore on Lily's account, very realistic! I love it.10/10 is what I would give it if that was a possible score, but I suppose I'll have to settle for a 10. Thanks for sharing this amazing story with us...

I am so glad I ran accross this! Good Snape-stories are, excuse me for saying this, spare, and when I accidentally do find one, it always brings a smile to my face. I knew this was going to be good from the third paragraph. "This was his temple, and here he was a God." This line captures him so well. It's a perfect example of how well you write him.
And oh, you made me so happy when this turned out to be a LE/SS fic! I'm an avid supporter of that ship, especially in the way you have written it; Severus' love being unanswered. It just fits the tragedy of his character. And aren't you glad JK didn't blow the ship to pieces? I think she's actually going to make us happy by revealing it to be true... Ok, that's mere hoping on my part, but wouldn't it explain so much?

Woah that was totally great. I really love the descriptive detail. I loved the concentration you can almost feel from all the details of the potion. The simple invitation felt so mean. I almost feel sorry for Snape.

Beautiful, haunting. The language was hypnotic. You painted a beautiful, poetry like flow that was startling. Dark though it was I enjoyed the image you created most assuredly. To master Snape in words is a daunting task—you broached it magnificently.

I just thought it may have something to do with APC because one of their songs is like "leaning over you here, cold and catatonic" so I was just wondering. But your story had been really good. You don't find many that are that descriptive anymore. It's a really big shame...
