Review #1, by Rumpelstiltskin The Last Tomorrow

Hey there,

So, this is particularly adorable. One of my favorite aspects is seeing Remus and Tonks still alive, being able to care for baby Teddy. I love Remus' interactions with his son, to boot, it's really just too cute.

I do love how you brought the idea of Remus' lycanthropy possibly being passed down to his son, especially as that had been a large concern in DH when Remus discovers that Tonks is pregnant.

Remus' rambling, though truly not comprehended by Teddy, are absolutely sweet. Luckily, that little speech about how much he truly loved his wife was actually heard by his wife ^.^.

Great story, it was so cute!

All of the feelings! I love this piece so much, you really do a great job of characterizing not just Remus but Tonks and even Teddy which I really enjoyed. I like the line about them having a snack just because they could, that makes me feel better about some of my own food choices to read about characters having similar attitudes. I'm left with chills at the fact that that was April 30th, it makes me sad that Remus and Tonks don't really have that much time left, although I do like how you tie the nightmares in the beginning to the date. I thought that that was very interesting, and I really enjoyed this story.

Great job!

It's just sooo sweet! Little baby Teddy, with his changing-colour hair.

The way Remus refers to the moon like it's capitalised, The Moon. He's afraid of it, and kind of fascinated. Remus is one of my favourite characters (he was my absolute favourite, but I'd have to give that to Hugo in my novel now). It's such an interesting situation, the way he's stuck with Lycanthropy, hating that part of him and terrified of passing it on, desperate but also afraid to be accepted. Anyway, I'm waffling now.

You've captured him beautifully, and that ending... I know he was reluctant to marry Tonks, and he tried to run away when he found out that she was pregnant, but he had to go back and despite all of his fears he's happy to have the baby. Really, really sweet.

CUTENESS OVERLOAD!

This is so cute!!! I really love little Teddy, and how you've used his Metamorphmagus abilities.

Okay, I'll try and write properly. You've got Remus spot on, his self-doubt and disbelief that Tonks would actually want to be with him, as well as the understanding and hope for the future. And the way of explaining to Teddy about his Furry Little Problem, how he and The Moon don't get on very well, was just adorable.

The way he describes Tonks just shows how much he loves her as well as liking her as a person, and how much he appreciates her being there for him. And the love that he feels for both of them right at the end is just...ah the feels.

Lovely :)

This is so sweet and adorable. This is the kind of romance I love, but I also want to cry because I know it's not going to last. This is really well-written with a good story. Yes, it doesn't have much conflict but that's what makes it special; for this one night there is peace in the Lupin household. I believe you captured Reamus and Tonk's personalities brilliantly. I especially like the line about getting a snack just because they wanted some chocolate. Very good one-shot.

Aww this was so sweet! I loved this so much, I can't even begin to describe how much! I was almost in tears reading Remus telling Teddy he hopes that he's like his mother. Telling him that if he wants something, to go for it, or he may miss out. It was so lovely to see how much Remus loved Tonks and Teddy and to see his realization that he may have never experienced it, if it weren't for Tonks' stubborness.

Remus and Tonks' story is just so sad. It took them so long to get together and then it was over. At least they had this for a small moment in time.

I thought this was very sweet and written really well. I truly adored this story. Great job and thank you for sharing this!
