EEEK! *Squees* Kayla, STAHP being so amazing!! I was a little hesitant to read this because the summary made me think they had broken up and everything was going to be all awkward and it would have broken my little Romione-shipping heart, but I was too curious NOT to read it, and I'm so glad I did! It was just perfect!

I love how they instantly fell back into that same chemistry they'd always had! I was a little worried when Hermione asked if they could be friends, but I was glad to see that little bit of confusion got cleared up really quickly!

I'm so happy they kissed, and I loved how you described the kiss as being different because they weren't about to die. It makes it have more meaning, you know? And I think it's perfectly normal for them to sit back and think "was that really us who did all those things?"

Anyway, I Love, love LOVE THIS! It's in my favorites now! ♥

Author's Response: Nooo, I could never have them broken up! I love them far too much ♥

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for all your kind compliments, dear! ♥

Haha, wow! Can I just say you caught the awkward charge absolutely perfectly? I mean, their first encounter was so funny, and I think I even started blushing for Ron at some point haha. To be honest, after J.K's proclamation, reading this was a lot of fun to reassure me that one of my favorite pairings still exist to a lot of us! :D

My favorite touch you added to this was how they thought back in their lives and shared memories. My favorite being Hermione questioning whether they really saved the Wizarding world or not. It was so cute, and so fluffy, that it made the encounter really believable.

As for the link between yours and your partner's story, I like the restraint, and I LOVE Hermione, though I would have loved to see them both in either third or first person. It really helps make it feel like a story worked on together other than worked on by two different people. :) Though the link was original and different. Two very popular ships, one being canon and the other not. It's great for those who don't like to follow canon, and for those who want only canon. They get the best if both worlds with this collab, and I think that's awesome and unique!

Haha, it makes perfect sense that the Munching mermen would be a seafood place. Nice touch there ;).

I think of Hermione as Emma all the way, so when you described her on her date, I couldn't help but think Ron's reactions were spot on. That girl is gorgeous! Haha :) And I love the bit that you added from the books, though people who only watch he movies wouldn't really know. Her teeth! Ron catching that moment is just a total 'aw' moment. He remembers them and still thought she was cute then! How sweet!

Really, what made this whole story, was how you described how different this was for them. How they had kissed before, but grew apart, and the date and kiss was something totally different and new to them. I think mentioning that was so awesome, and so believable! You did an extra job with that and I'm glad I got the chance to read your entry! You both did awesomely and I wish you two the best of luck!

Author's Response: Hello!

Haha thanks! The whole time I was writing this I kept saying to myself, "Kayla, you must make them awkward together!" so I'm glad that it came off that way! And I refuse to accept J. K's statement, Ron and Hermione are made for each other! So I was determined to do a Romione story in spite of that, haha!

I know when I do something amazing (or extremely stupid) I look back on it and say, "Woah, did I REALLY do that?" (Or if it's something stupid, "[Non 12+ word], did I really do that?" :p) so I thought Hermione would be in the same boat as she tends to think everything through a jillion times :p

Yeah, we both had different views on the pairings (but hers was so brilliant she even made me ship it a tiny bit!) so we thought we'd do the best of both worlds! We forgot to plan whether to do it in either first or third person, so by the time we wrote it all out it was too late to change it. Ah well! It's not the end of the world :p

Hehe, I was so determined to make a lame restaurant name and thankfully she liked it so we both put it in there! I'm glad you liked it, I actually loved sneaking that in there hehe!

Yeah, I definitely prefer Book!Romione than Movie!Romione so whenever I write them I put in book details hehe :p

Aw thank you! This is one of the loveliest reviews I've ever received, sorry about the massive delay in the response!

Very sweet and glad they were mature after the separation and not reverting to childhood manners like in so many (not that I DIDN'T enjoy those when read them) :D Awesome!

Author's Response: Thank you so much! You're very lovely! ♥

Kayla! Long time no speak, fellow badger! I hope you're well :)

I just came from reading Kinnu's part of your entry and I really liked it. I love how original your idea is, having Hermione be the link between the stories. I'm a huge dramione fan but my favourite canon pairing is Ron/Hermione so yours and Kinnu's entry was one I was really looking forward to. (Neither of you disappointed :D)

I just adore the pair in this story. The way they talk about the war, and their lives after it is just so natural and I actually found myself being really frustrated that they had let each other go for an entire year. Do they not know they're supposed to be together?! Phew, calming down now I swear!

Also, can we just talk about this:
They werenít doing it with the weight of the fact that they might die in a few hours over their heads. Instead of shattering rocks, shouting, and curses bouncing all over the walls, they heard a distant bird flapping its wings and the slight chatter from the pubs inside.
Literally the perfect kiss! Love the comparison to their first one :)

Superb job on this Kayla, I loved it.

Dee :)

Author's Response: Dee! I know, I've been rather busy at the moment, which sucks!

Sorry about the delay in the response! I didn't realise it had been over two weeks! D:

Kinnu's story was just fabulous. I really don't like Dramione that much but she wrote it so fantastically and I'm so glad I was partnered with her!

hahaha, I'm so glad you liked it! You review really made me smile! :D

I also loved that sentence! When I wrote it I just stared at it in awe for a while, haha! I'm quite proud of that little tid-bit :p

Thank you for the beautiful review. You're the sweetest! ♥
