Review #1, by BookDinosaur The Best Christmas Ever

31st December 2013:
Hello! I''m here for the Fifth of the Twelve Days of Reviewing Challege over at the forums. :)

I really enjoyed reading this little Christmassy oneshot. This is actually the second AU story I've read today for the challenge, the forst was one where Lily and James survived Voldemort's attack on them and this one was more of a Dramione. I liked your take on Scorpia, if Draco ended up with Hermione instead of Astoria there is still a 50 percent chance they would have had a girl instead of a boy so I'm really glad you thought that out.

I enjoyed reading about the Quidditch match, it seems like the kind of thing that the Potter/Weasleys would do every Chrstmas. I also like the idea that Harry and Draco might have gotten over their enmity for each other one day, and that they might even be exchanging gifts at Christmastime, it was a nice thought.

And I loved your allusion to Molly Weasley still being the Queen of the Kitchen, haha!

The ending was nice as well, it wasn't too rushed and it was very realistic. The only thing I would say was that the prompt for this story was Under the Mistletoe, but there Scorpia said that there was no mistletoe above the area where she and Albus kissed, so that confused me a little.

I really liked how you wrote mother Hermione as well, she was really nice and pretty believable. She seemed like she really did love her kids and spoiled them a bit on the sly, which was sweet.

All in all, this was a nice oneshot, I quite liked reading it. Congrats on getting in an entry for the Writers' Duel and good luck! :)

Author's Response: I mentioned in the summary that it was meant to be a prompt one: family reunion, but im a romance person at heart so I had to add some. Thanks for the review :)
