My mind has blown up and never returned because what you did here was something I never ever would have suspected and yeah Iím lost for words right now. I really liked the idea of this Sybil/Snape/Lily love triangle as itís nice to see Snape getting some of the love as itís always Lily which is a bit dull, so this mixed it up. The friction between the two of them when she was with Dumbledore was tangible though and written so well I really loved it. You really caught of the complexity of the situation so well though and spun a new meaning of it with the way it seems as if Sybil just came up with that prophecy to be with Snape so that was really fantastic and I really enjoyed this new insight into their lives!

This is a very interesting take on the Snape/Lily/James love triangle. Or should I say love square? I never really saw Sybill and Snape together - and I guess neither did he. It makes their story a little more sad because he had a chance to love someone else and he threw it away - even though he knew he would never get Lily. This also makes Trelawny a bit vindictive. She is going to fake a prophecy to send Voldemort to Lily's house because Snape won't love her. Woah. Pretty intense. Overall, I thought this was written really well and you've conveyed their emotions very nicely. Good job with a nice twist to the story!

Review #3, by Pretense Of Perfection The Curves Of Her Lips Rewrites History

Wow, I really like the twist you added on to the canon prophecy. Imagine if all of this were actually true, and Lily and James, and all of those other people died just because of Sybil's love for Severus? I'm in shock. I really wasn't sure about this in the beginning, but I think you did an amazing job with this one-shot. I find it incredibly ironic that Severus is so cold and hostile toward Sybil, considering that's basically his exact relationship with Lily, although it definitely makes sense in a way. He hates himself so much at times, that if she reminded him of himself, he would probably internally transfer those feelings and thus hate her as well. I think you did a wonderful job capturing Sybil as a character, she was fixated on death and darkness, while still remaining sort of whimsical and mysterious. I love the title, it fits so perfectly with the story, as it too, is sort of dark and omninous.

Astonishingly good one shot - it is outstandingly original and one of the most intruging AND gripping ones I've ever read!
I love the fresh new idea to write about trelawney and her mind - it's both shows great signs of creativity and inventiveness (if that's a word :D)
I found it over all extremely awesome - I couldn't drag my eyes away for a second! - and you are a very talented writer!!
Well done for such a fambubblybumshus and tremendulant one shot :)

Author's Response: Wow thank you SO much for saying that! I don't know how the idea came to my head to be honest. I have never shipped Trelawney or Severus at all, seeing as they've never interacted before so the fact that this certain plot bunny popped into my head was also a surprise! So thank the bunnies ;)

Thank YOU for such a fantastic, lovely comment! It's made me really happy :$ Hehe! Especially on this story! I was quite excited about it but it had no reviews.. until now! :D So thanks again!
