Hey there! Its AC finally come to start R&R all these challenge entries. You had a really difficult belief to deal with here and I was really intrigued to see how you panned it all out. My best friend believes this, to an extend, where as I'm quite the opposite, and I thought what you did with it was really interesting.

If I focus on the beginning of this (because I think that's most where the belief is really central, before bits of the plot start to pan out) I thought the whole idea of a /shelter/ was fascinating. I think there's a danger of that... I mean, I'm taking as an outsider of motherdom so I don't think I could possibly /understand/ what it would be like to have children - but there's the option to continue pursuing your dreams despite having children or focusing on having children instead of your dreams - and despite and instead don't sound very positive. I like shelter better.

Anyway, this was really interesting and a great entry to the challenge! I have a few more to R&R but hopefully the results shouldn't take too long :)

Review #2, by ScorpiusRose17 Unlucky trip

Hi there!

I really enjoyed reading your story!

I thought you did a great job with the descriptions and I felt like I was right there with the characters as things were happening. I also really the way that you have them characterized. I thought that it reflected them in a great way. It has a touch of sadness to it which pulls the reader in at the end.

Keep up the great writing! =)

Author's Response: Thanks! I really try to put much feeling in this one. Serious beliefs means serious writing. :)
