The Letter

16th February 2012:

This is a nice first chapter. I like the plot and everything that happens. However, it would be nice to see some more emotion. Right now, it is mainly "this happens then that happens." I'd like to know what the characters are thinking and feeling.
I can tell Lily has a mind of her own and knows what she wants, something I like in a character. Out of curiousity, does Lily's wand mean anything? Does alder with dragon heartstring mean something or represent her personality? I'm always curious about these things.

Author's Response: Thanks for your review. I'll work on adding more emotion in the next chapters. Yes, Lily's wand does mean something. It means that Lily is helpful, considerate, likeable, possibly slightly stubborn and powerful, even if it doesn't show at the present time. I will post the second chapter very soon.
