That was a great chapter!
I actually liked the time switch in the middle. I guess that at the beginning, she was in Dumbledore's office after all the events with Tom had happened? It's really intruiging, you definetely know how to make one want to keep reading.
I also like how you developed everyone's personalities and backgrounds without making it tiresome at all.
I like Beatrice's character; she is definetely not a Mary-Sue, she is someone you can actually relate to.
I am curious to read more about her family and her friends.
Also, I love that you used the idea of the Tri-Wizard Tournament. I guess we will be introduced to new students and stories.
And, I have to admit, I simply loved the interactions towards the end, with Beatrice, Tom and Charlotte. Charlotte realle seems like the girl every female is jealous of XD I have that weird feeling that she will become a thorn at the side for Bea...
I'd love to see how the relationships between the characters develop, especially Beatrice / Tom, and Beatrice / her family.
