So far I'm fairly confused, what age are the three girls? And why did they get their letters so late?Author's Response: During the first seven chapters, the girls are eleven, but then the story goes to four years later when the girls are fifteen. I didn't really think that they got their letters late. They got them in about mid June. Report Review

The one thing that stood out in this story was the paragraphs. Everything is just lumped together, making it very difficult to read. I fins the Coast Guard thing very unique, a nice touch. Alison seems like a very hardworking, determined character. I like her. Report Review
