I think that's one of the best short stories I've read so far! soo good :) I liked that it wasn't 'too much' but really subtle and nice :D good work! wished there was a second chapter/sequel though.. maybe? ;)

I love the way you portrayed all of the characters in this. A lovely lil bit of writing. I almost wish there was more, but am very happing that it is just a snapeshot. Just enough to spur the imagination to continue on!

This is adorable. I totally love the concept and idea. It's so simple yet effective. I especially like the point of view its written from with the inclusive use of 'you', it makes it really interesting to read. I also commend you for your characterisation of Lily and James, I think it's perfect. I liked how you made Lily quite open to James and how she took him quite seriously, as well as making their relationship at an acquaintance level. Very sophisticated, well done!
