Tip #1: Spell check and grammar check are your best friends. Capitalization, punctuation, and spelling are extrememly important. If it is wrong, it is hard to read and readers WILL give up. I have definitely seen worse than yours, but you can do a lot better. Tip #2: Write a real summary. Your current 'summary' can be transformed into an Author's Note. Summaries are what attract a reader. Tip #3: Short chapters aren't necessarily bad, but typically ones with at least a thousand words are more satisfying. Tip #4: Use lines only when necessary and not to cut off one lone paragraph. I think your story could definitely be great. It is original and unique. I would recommend fixing some of the things I pointed out, though. A great idea is not the only important thing in your story.Author's Response: Thanks, and yeah, most of, if not all of, my writing is improvised. a lot of the time, when i'm writing and i got a good feel going on, i forget to put certain words in here and there. as for everything else, i don't always know how to spell certain words so i just say screw it and do it how it sounds Report Review
