I loved the line 'I believe in always' that was so lovely at the beginning :D

This was actually just lovely all over, and the horrible jolt when they were being attacked worked really well. And I liked that actually, you let them have a happily ever after - which isn't usually what people do in one shots.

This is my favourite of your stories so far. I've never seen anything like this, muggle/Wizard. It was really good. I liked seeing all of the different stages of their relationship.
The only CC I would have is to make their dialogue more realistic. You should do this by taking the "it is" and "do not"s of the story and putting them together to create "it's" and "don't". It'll just make the language more natural.
I like the past tense of the story! It made it feel more special. (maybe it's because I don't usually write in past tense so I'm not used to it! XD )
Also, I liked your characterisation; they were so in love that they would do anything for each other, to save each other; so cute :) and I liked your inclusion of Death Eaters. It gave that dangerous edge to the story, which is always good. I always like stories with an edge.
After secret santa, I think I shall be adding this to my favourites!!
