Hello, dear! I'm finally here. :P Oh my god I love this. So much. It is epic. (I've already read it, but I didn't have the chance to review then.) When you said you were writing a Lily/Snape, I was frightened, because I thought that you were writing them being together, not Snape being a creep. I might be a bad person for this (I'm probably a bad person for this), but I just could not stop laughing through the entire thing. You totally fulfilled the point of the challenge, and you were incredibly entertaining on the way. ♥Author's Response: LOL YAY! I knew you would understand how wonderful this is. I'm glad you enjoyed the fact that he is a major creep. Exactly what I was going for! :) Love you long time. xx Report Review
Hi! Tag! This is a desperately sad oneshot. You make me really feel for Snape, and you describe the feelings of hopeless unrequited love really well, it's really relatable. You make James sound like a complete drongo too! You get across his feelings so well! I also like that you say that if he could die seeing her eyes, he'd be happy, considering he does see her eyes when he dies :) Great job!Author's Response: Awww! Thank you so much! I totally appreciate your kind review. xx Report Review
Hi again for this review tag! I have to say that it's a wonderful thing, this tag game, it allowed me to discover your writtings and that makes me very happy! I loved this story; it was dark and dramatic. A lovely mix for a teenage broken heart. You did a very nice portrayal of Severus as the rejected boy. I like that the story was from his point of view and that you kept true to cannon. Snape is a great character but sees himself as a victim of other peoples' behaviors and choices and you kept true to that. His thoughts matched the adult personality we saw in the books. I need to give you a small critic about this piece though and I hope you will see it as constructive criticism because it is. Through the narration of this story, things feel rushed a bit and I had to read some sentences a couple times to be sure I understood correctly. There is a definite lack of ponctuation through the entire piece and it makes reading a bit difficult. Here is an exemple of what I mean : "Paired with her unwavering and sublime smile her laugh was what made him fall in love time and time again." there should be a coma between ".. smile, her laugh..." I'm saying this because the story is great and the way you dug through Severus' emotions and mind is brilliant but the story could benefit a lot from a second read through in order to fix the presentation. Great job none the less, keep up the good work!Author's Response: I am so pleased you like this story, I was a bit nervous because Severus is my favorite character and I'm always afraid I'll never be able to do him proper justice. Even if he is a little bit stalkerish and creepy. Yes, yes! I love CC so I absolutely understand what you're talking about, I actually very much appreciate what you're telling me. I really should start reading through my entries four or five times out loud to catch silly things like commas. I also think some of my wording is a little awkward, as well. Thank you so much for taking the time to review, I appreciate it so much, and thank you again for the kind comments! :) xx Report Review
Tag! Aw :( So sweet, and so sad. You got the characterizations just right, and it was beautifully written. Well, done, I can definitely see this happening in canon. Keep it up! :D -madkatrob01Author's Response: Thank you so much! :) Report Review
