It was good but in the Deathly Hallows, it depicts Harry at Kings Cross Station with Dumbledore. Dumbledore explains that they're at Kings Cross because it was Harrys idea of a crossing over place (muggle world to wizarding world, bad life to good life ect.) Dumbledore was there because he's considered as an important and loved one of Harry's.
Thus, I don't see how Rowena Ravenclaw has any relation to Lily and James. As its a Harry Potter fanfiction, you should follow the series as much as possible.

Author's Response: If it was someone Harry was close to wouldn't it have been Sirius? He was the closest thing to family Harry had ever had, I think it was just the most recent powerful wizard that influenced the person who died, Lily and James would have had Gryfindor but he was "busey" so the next most influential was Ravenclaw. Therefore, I am following the books. Besides, as you said, it's fanfiction, that means that people can make up what ever they want when writing it, ever read a Dramione? That didn't happen in the books. I know nothing I say will really change your mind but it all boils down to this, if you don't like what I have written, you don't have to read it.
