Hi, there! This was a really sweet story. I really like the idea of the students still finding romance, even living under the tyranny of Snape and the Carrows. It makes the whole experience seem just a bit less awful, at least for a few moments. Seamus's ill-fated attempt to express his love was incredibly cute! And you wrote it just about perfectly, considering that this is Seamus we're talking about. The fact that it exploded when he tried to fix it made me chuckle out loud. I love that he was mortified, fleeing from her to try to conceal his embarrassment. But even more, I love the fact that she chased him down, made sure he understood. That was a really sweet touch. I'm really wondering whether you had a canon Hufflepuff in mind for this? Susan Bones and Hannah Abbott are two of my favorite minor character to play with in fan fiction. I can't really recommend a thing when it comes to constructive criticism. The story was short, lovely and beautifully written. Nicely done! Report Review
