No! Why is there a cliffhanger sort of ending? :P Kidding, I liked all the drama! You do make me insanely curious who the 'gruff voice' belongs to, and whether she died? or not? Tell me! I loved the story! The plot was really good. I can imagine this random girl talking to the Minister and trying to exchange information for a plan. You described her actions really well. The only thing that I want to point out is - isn't there any security for the Minister?
