Enjoyed this a lot, but you should totally write a bit more to develop the story some! Or maybe write a sequel to explain how James did get Lily. Great writing, all in all!

aww, sweet :) really short though, I think you could probably expand more on it - you should develop a whole story built around this one - i like it a lot :) I like how you've written from James' perspective - you don't often see the relationship displayed like that :) as usual, love your writing :D

I think it's really good! Short and simple, but it gives a good flavor to his determination. It had a good mix of background, present times, and looking forward in it. It helped give the story its momentum. 10/10! I'd fave it if I could sign in...
