WOW! This is an incredible read. I love your use of simile and metaphor. Your descriptions of the surrondings and feelings are some of the best I have read.

I also like the fact you get a hint of the characters but that it could be any one.

On a technical note I saw one spelling mistake the word "lye" should be "lie". Other than that, brilliant!
