I can only say, YAY to a Sirius/Dorcas story. For some time now I have been obsessed with the first Order of the Phoenix members and the story of their lives. It really intrigued me that you paired the both of them. Until a few days ago I never thought about that possibility but now that I read your story and other comments on the forums I can see why it could work.

I don't know why, but I never imagined Sirius being the type to cheat on his girlfriend. Or if he would indeed cheat, his doing it would result from maybe fear of breaking up with the girl, or just following an impulse, but never actually meaning to hurt the girl. I cant see him being that heartless. However, there is a big but here! We only know her version of the story. She can possibly be wrong, as everyone's perception on a certain event is always different. This little one shot really made me wonder what happened between them for Dorcas to think that all he ever said were lies.

Thanks for writing such a great story for an unusual but beautiful pairing that I will almost certainly ship very soon :D
